Sit out on an expansive porch and feel the pleasant breezes, partake in some stargazing from the dock, or take a dip in the cool water of Lake LBJ. You can indulge in all of this plus much more at this great lake retreat!

The home features 3 bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths and a large open living area with wonderful views of the lake. There are two large bedrooms (one king, one queen) with lake views and a bunk room (4 twins). Each bedroom has a private bath. The kitchen has all the amenities of your own home with a breakfast table and bar seating.

The Llano arm of Lake LBJ offers constant level water ideal for boating and fishing. A beautiful dock is available for your use to relax, fish, swim, kayak, etc. A neighborhood boat ramp is located within 1/8 mile to launch your personal watercraft. Your are also within 3/4 mile from the newly renovated Packsaddle Country Club for some great economical golfing and dining.

Kingsland is located in the heart of the Texas Highland Lakes offering you many opportunities to explore the beautiful Texas Hill Country. Nearby Marble Falls offers many activities and excellent dining. This area is a golfers paradise being within miles of numerous great courses. Nearby State Parks offer many wonderful recreational activities.
