  Thanks for a great week in Silverthorne! The condo was everything you said it would be and had everything we needed! We had lots of new snow everyday and one day of incredible sunshine! We look forward to booking another week next year...

  This was a great condo for the price. The place was very clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend it and stay there again.

  The condo was just as expected and was very comfortable to stay in. The fireplace was an awesome way to relax after a long day on the mountain. The condo was exactly as shown in the pictures, and was very clean. The Cupps were very helpful with any questions that we had. I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone looking to have a good and relaxing time on the mountain.

  Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, adventure seekers.

  I've stayed here for at least five years. Centrally located and a short drive to several different ski resorts. The unit is clean and very functional. This is a very good value.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers.

  I must say that I was pleasantly surprised with our accommodations. The place is small, but it was advertised as such. Everything was in perfect working condition, the place was very clean and our stay was everything we wanted.

  Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, adventure seekers.

Fees:

Cancellation policy:

Generic Rental Application/Agreement / CuppCondo llc Security Deposit is required to hold the desired dates. The renatal deposit is the larger of $150 or 20% of the toal rental. The total of rental + tax + clean is due one month before arrival. At this point the rental deposit becomes a security deposit. The detailed directions and keybox code will be sent at this time If you cancel more than 2 months before your arrival date we will return half of you deposit. Any cancellations after that and we will retain this deposit as liquidated damages. The security deposit is fully refundable within fourteen days of termination of occupancy provided that real and personal property are in the same condition as when occupancy commenced and all terms of this agreement are met. If the terms of the this agreement are breached and or real or personal property is destroyed or damaged the cost of repair, lost income and or replacement will be deducted from the security deposit. If the damage or loss exceeds the value of the security deposit you will be billed for the difference. By signing this agreement, rentor authorizes owner to charge the credit card on which previous payments has been placed for damages and or loss in excess of the security deposit. There is a $50 fine for each hour, or fraction thereof that vacationer stays after the contracted departure time. Applicant is liable for all replacements and repairs needed to attain the same condition as when occupancy commenced other than normal cleaning and laundry of linens which should take only four hours. We charge $20 per hour after six hours. Applicant is aware that no pets, smoking or loud parties are allowed . There is a maximum of seven overnight occupants in the condo. Any discovery of additional guests will result in an extra charge of $50 per extra guest for each night of the stay.
