  This condo is everything you see in the pics and more. Extremely clean, comfy and beautifully decorated, plenty of closet space and has everything you need for a relaxing vacation. The owners are absolute pleasures to rent from and we enjoyed caring for their condo as our own. We definitely plan to return to this particular unit! The area offers something for everyone. The beach is quiet but not deserted by any means. The condo complex is quiet at night (happily so) and relaxing. There is a security guard who walks the premises. The pool was a lot of fun for all and even the bathrooms at the pool were very clean. It was fascinating to watch the cruise ships entering and leaving Port Canaveral. Rusty's Seafood & Oyster Bar was delicious. Papa Vito's has excellent Italian food and also delivers! (garlic knots are a must). There is a Publix not far from the complex and even a natural foods grocery too. Cocoa Beach is right down the road, Merritt Island (outdoor dining at Carrabba's was nice) and yes there's even a Wal Mart fairly close by. There's a putt putt/race kart course very close to the condo complex too. Orlando is approx an hour away. And the best saved for last: Kennedy Space Center/NASA and Ron Jon Surf Shop! Both are musts to visit! Again, we are thrilled to know we have a lovely place to stay in Cape Canaveral. We miss it and look forward to returning!

  If you are planning to stay in the Cape Canaveral/Cocoa Beach area, look no further! This place is perfectly located, close to everything but private as well. It is extremely well kept and decorated, has everything you will need and Don and Scott were absolutely perfect to work with. They not only take pride in their home but also truly care about your stay. The unit was plenty spacious for my family of 5 and everyone enjoyed their views out the bedroom windows overlooking the beach and ocean. We saw many cruise chips leaving and arriving from the port just a couple miles up the beach. It comes with its own private access to the beach which is only a couple miles from the Cocoa Beach Pier and the beach out in front of the unit is very private feeling. We saw dolphins and had great swells for all the boogie boarding and surfing we did. It also has a pool and hot tub to enjoy and relax in for those times you want to take a break from the beach. We have been all over Florida and this was our first time to this area and were very impressed with this unit and location. We will definitley be staying here again!   Everything has been GREAT ! It's a 5 Stars accommodation, well located and very well furnished. The owner also provided Welcome basket and great music ! As described in the listing and pictures. Owner facilitating and manager on site. Would return and recommend. Enjoy your stay !

  This is a lovely condo - everything we needed was so close! There are restaurants nearby and a new Publix down A1A at the border of Cape Canaveral and Cocoa Beach. We visited the Space Center, Ron Jon's, Sea World, Casino Cruise, the beach, the beach, and the beach. The owners have made sure there are lots of extras to enjoy - soap, shampoo, beach chairs, boogie boards, NICE linens. Our family is two adults and three kids and there was plenty of room for all of us. I grew up in Cape Canaveral so being able to come home and stay in a great place right on the beach is a treat. The owners were so easy to deal with and really made us feel welcome in their second home. We look forward to staying again!

  Wonderful! This was our 1st rental experience and I will never stay in a hotel again, if I can help it! This is their home... it is NOT "just rental property". The decor is up-to-date and it is CLEAN. Wonderful linens, towels, bar ware & glassware, kitchen tools, flat panel TVs, DVDs, stereo system...plus beach chairs, umbrella, boogie board, sand toys. They supplied NICE hand soap, shower gel, and shampoo, too! (I really didn't need to bring half the stuff I did!) Very short walk around the building to the beach (nice when lugging 2 kids and beach gear!) Quiet & safe building. WiFi always worked well. Go see KSC, Cocoa Beach stuff, take a river boat tour. There's a notebook in the condo with restaurant suggestions, too. My only tip: if you have small kids (4 and under!), be aware: glass tabletops, nice upholstery on furniture, vases, and electronics in this condo! (I stressed myself out trying to keep them from messing anything up, haha!) The landlord always answered my numerous emails and texts promptly! It's a SUPER NICE condo and I would definitely recommend it!

  The owners of this property really "get it"! First of all, everything was in working order (not the case in just about every other place we've stayed!). The place was absolutely spotless - and no bugs! We also appreciated the retro-modern "I Dream of Jeannie" decor! (I'm sooooo tired of pink and teal.... hello???) About customer service - we can't say enough about the owners! They are so caring and generous! This was so refreshing, and we really appreciated it! We will not stay anywhere else when we go back to Cape Canaveral! Our friends from Jacksonville came down to visit, and they were very impressed, as well as our friends who own a unit in Canaveral Sands, right next door to the Mansions. We'd definitely recommend this property to our friends. Our favorite restaurant is Grills (great seafood at a reasonable price). Our tradition is to go to Durangos on the first night for steaks and 2 fer 1 margaritas! We also love Florida's Seafood Restaurant and the Italian Garden. We miss Frankie's Wings and Things that used to be by the pier - but we found it in Melbourne (a little drive - but worth it!). There is a lot to do, but we were there in Aug., so it was pretty hot! Loved just hanging out at the beach! Running every morning on the beach was great! Walking to the pier was fun, too! Saw a lot of sea turtles! We did go kayaking on the Banana River, which was really cool (not temperature-wise - lol)! Some of us went to Kennedy Space Center, and some went to Melbourne to the "On the Edge" rock-climbing gym. Of course, us ladies went to the mall on Merritt Island (Dillards had great deals!). You have to check out Bealls, too! Love that - it's like TJ Maxx/Marshalls! The bargains are awesome! The only negative thing (which is not the owners' fault) is that the internet was very slow and unreliable. Oh well! We can't wait for next year!!!

  We really enjoyed staying at your home! You have truly thought of everything! (except a pizza cutter...hehe) Loved the hand soap in the bathroom, and the bed linens and towels were gorgeous! We also were so impressed by the juice/soda/water in the fridge when we arrived...how thoughtful of you. The home was also in a great location; super convenient to get to the beach and a nice pool as well. Kennedy Space Center and other fun attractions are only a few minutes drive away. Thanks for letting us stay in your home, we will keep it in mind for sure with future trips. Keep up the great work! Ted and Cressa

  We rented this penthouse while we were working at KSC and I couldn't have picked a better place. The location is great for access to Kennedy and the owners have thought of every possible desire their guests might have (including a telescope and water/beer/wine in the fridge on arrival). The place is spotless and everything appears brand new. The kitchen is immaculate and stocked with all the necessary equipment which made cooking enjoyable. The WIFI access was flawless. The complex, Royal Mansions is quiet and sits directly on the beach which is clean and beautiful. Went running everyday during our two-week stay. Would strongly recommend renting from Scott/Don who were professional and welcoming. A car is essential.
