The new townhome community of Terralta provides a safe (24 hour guarded security) and comfortable home base to enjoy the pristine beaches and beautiful sunsets of Bucerias. Less than a 5 minute walk puts you in the heart of Bucerias, with a variety of wonderful restaurants or on the beach for a day of sun and relaxation. If you choose not to walk, there are two bikes available for your convenience.
The interior of this newly built 3 Bed/1.5 Baths townhome reflects the positive mood of the Mexican people. The Master BR has a queen size bed, the second BR contains two twin beds, and the third BR has a VERY comfortable pullout sofa. The kitchen is complete with stove, refrigerator, utensils and dishware .
If you don't want to relax on the beach you can enjoy an afternoon on your own private rooftop sundeck, with wonderful views of the water, mountains and of course the beautiful sunsets.
