Sunset Bungalow Villa - First Floor - Duck Key Vacation Enjoy the incredible beauty of the middle Keys. Our Villa is situated perfectly on the Island of Duck Key on Tom's harbor facing West. You'll will enjoy sunset after sunset, as this event happens every day nearly without interruption and certainly never disappoints. Our Villa sits 30 Feet from the shore with gorgeous views of the water and picturesque islands in the distance. Right from our back-door you can watch dolphin swim by, fish from the shore , snorkel, kayak or just go for a leisurely swim. Four miles offshore you will have access to one of the largest natural reefs in the world, where you can snorkel and scuba dive. Or you may choose to contract a charter boat and go fishing either bayside (gulf of mexico) or offshore in the Atlantic. We have access to a brand new private community swimming pool with pool house and concession stand. For an additional fee you can bring your boat and dock on property within walking distance of the Villa. Our villa is not part of the neighboring resort and therefore does not have access to their pools or amenities. The Villa is pleasantly appointed with a Caribbean decor, lots of windows, comfortable furniture and all the creature comforts of home. With a lanai upstairs overlooking the sea, you can relax, have a cocktail and enjoy a sunset. For those evenings where you need brief protection from the elements, you can relax and enjoy the confines of our screened in porch facing the ocean. The master bedroom has a queen size bed & TV, while the guest room has two twin beds and TV. Both Bedrooms are located upstairs and share the same full bathroom. Downstairs the newly remodeled kitchen sports stainless steel appliances: refrigerator, microwave, oven, stove, dishwasher and full complement of cookware, dishes and utensils. Brand new Granite countertops along with a newly tiled floor complete the entire lower level remodel. Next to the kitchen is a dinette and living room area with TV and DVD player, Stereo and beautiful views of the water. Also located downstairs is a one half bath and the entire Villa is air-conditioned. You are within miles of most activities, beaches, nature preserves, restaurants and shops. And you are 60 miles away from Key West. Our Bungalow is the little brother to our Cottage, so if you are interested in a larger Villa with more elbow room, please visit our Cottage listing.
