  We spent a week here in September with my daughter and her family. The condo was clean and so comfortable. We had plenty of room to visit and also plenty of space to be alone when needed. The balcony was my favorite, overlooked the ocean and we got some wonderful pictures just sitting there watching the waves! We will be back.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

  LOVED THE CONDO! LOVED MYRTLE BEACH! LOVED THE RESORT! What more can I say? Well, the owner called to say hi and to make sure everything was satisfactory. Corresponding with Pete was a piece of cake regarding the contract, payment etc etc. The condo was fabulous...you walk out the sliding doors, sit down with a cocktail, watch and listen to the ocean. We witnessed 3 weddings being performed right on the beach. I highly recommend seeing Good Vibrations at the Carolina Opry and Hooray for Hollywood at the Palace Theater. A fabulous and inexpensive restaurant is Capriz at Broadway at the Beach.....Italian and Brazilian food. The weather was in the mid to high 80's. So much to do and see, it's a must that we go back.

  great resort and fantastic location and condo owners were great and booking thru Peter was flawless the condo itself was perfect -would recommend to anyone and have relatives staying in same condo later this year a must for families

  My family and I just got back from our stay in the condo from July 2-9,2011. We had a great time and the condo is well equiped, beds are comfortable and it is beautiful,we didn't want to leave! We met the owners son and daughter in law and grandson while we were there and they were very friendly and even gave us an extra set of chairs and umbrella since they weren't staying the whole week. The umbrella and chairs you get with the unit are an extra bonus which we really appreciated. The view is total oceanfront and again just a beautiful unit and place to be. We have stayed at the Sea Watch prioe to this trip so we already knew what the hotel offers and as usuall it didn't disappoint. By the way if you get a chance do breakfast at the hotel...the waffels and homemade eggs/omlets are delicious! The booking and transaction was very easy and will be booking again through Pete!

  Super location for Myrtle Beach North area just down from Tanger Outlets. Owners are easy to work with in setting-up our vacation rental. We have had 3 families staying there 2 years in a row now and hope to reserve again soon for 2011. Excellent rental rate for a fabulous unit and resort. Our pre-schooler loves the pools and lazy river. The adults also love the hot tubs. I really can't say enough about how much we enjoy staying here for a week. Huge thanks to the owners for the up-keep and cleanliness too.

  This beautiful, bright, spacious, nicely furnished and decorated, fully equipped and clean condo unit is a wonderful get-away vacation rental overlooking the lovely beach and ocean in Myrtle Beach. The facilities and grounds are very well maintained, the indoor, ourdoor and lazy river pools, hot tubs, and public areas very well kept. It's a delightful resort for families to enjoy a vacation together, and the surrounding amusements, entertainment, places to eat/dine, and shopping are abundant. We all had an outstanding vacation.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, people with disabilities, families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers.
