Enjoy the incredible beauty of the middle Keys. Our Villa is situated perfectly on the Island of Duck Key on Tom's harbor facing West. You'll will enjoy sunset after sunset, and this event happens every day nearly without interruption and certainly never disappoints. Our Villa sits 30 Feet from the shore with gorgeous views of the water and picturesque islands in the distance. Right from our back-door you can watch dolphin swim by, fish from the shore , snorkel, kayak or just go for a leisurely swim.

Four miles offshore you will have access to one of the largest natural reefs in the world, where you can snorkel and scuba dive. Or you may choose to contract a charter boat and go fishing either bayside (gulf of mexico) or offshore in the atlantic. We have access to a brand new private community swimming pool with poolhouse and concession stand. For an additional fee you can bring your boat and dock on property within walking distance of the Villa. Our villa is not part of the neighboring resort and therefore does not have access to their pools or amenities.

The Villa is pleasantly appointed with a Caribbean decor, comfortable furniture and all the creature comforts of home. The master bedroom lanai overlooks the sea, where you can relax, have a cocktail and enjoy a sunset. For those evenings where you need brief protection from the elements, you can relax and enjoy the confines of our screened in porch facing the ocean. The master bedroom has a king size bed, TV and DVD Player, while the guest room has two double beds and TV. The guest bedroom also has its very own private lanai overlooking the front gardens. Both Bedrooms are located upstairs and have their own full bathroom. Downstairs the kitchen sports granite countertops, stainless steel appliances; refrigerator, microwave, oven, stove, dishwasher and full complement of cookware, dishes and utensils. Next to the kitchen is a dining room with table and living room area with TV, Stereo and beautiful views of the water. The lower level includes a den with convertible sofabed and french doors for complete privacy. Also located downstairs is a one full bath and the entire Villa is air-conditioned.

You are within miles of most activities, beaches, nature preserves, restaurants and shops. And you are 60 miles away from Key West.
