New elegant custom log home, located 2 blocks from the Mammoth Village and gondola. This unique home is next to the national forest with wonderful views of the Sherwin Mountains, Mammoth Rock and Lincoln Mountain. The master suite has a 50" cable TV with DVR. While lying in bed you can see a galaxy of stars and beautiful snow capped mountains. The bottom floor with 3 bedrooms has its own game room with fireplace, surround sound TV, bumper pool/game table with custom built in bunks. The 3 bedrooms each have a queen bed. There are two beautifully tiled bathrooms on the bottom floor.
The main floor has as its focus a beautiful two story wood burning fireplace with gorgeous rainforest inlaid marble. The dining table seats 8 with additional seating for 5 at a large granite center island. All furniture and cabinets were custom made from alligator juniper and add to the truly unique custom design of the home. The kitchen has all state of the art built in appliances with all new cookware and dishes. On the deck outside the main floor is your private jacuzzi hot tub with its own custom sound system. Even the guest bath on the main floor has a unique decor featuring dragonflies.
Previous guests have been awed by this truly one of a kind custom home with its attention to detail. The close proximity and easy walking distance to the Village where there are many restaurants and shops as well as the ease of access to the gondola for skiing and snow boarding make this a wonderful vacation experience living up to the home's name of Cheniya which means place of rest.
