Why the Owner Chose Clearlake
We purchased this home 20 years ago because our family and ancesters spent many years in Calistoga, Lake County, Wine Country areas. We wanted to recreate our family history in the area, and we were successful. This is a place we love to enjoy.
The Unique Benefits at this Vacation Home
The really enjoyable part of this property is the 100 ft. water front and the privacy we have. Access is off of a private road at Edgewater Estates.
The pier is great for jumping into the lake or for fishing and relaxing. The water access from the yard and the pier allows for floating on rafts, playing on the floating dock or just sitting on the shady steps and reading while the water cools you.
The BBQ is lakeside. Cook, drink and eat at the waters edge, then take a dive off the pier. Very fun!!
Owner's Map of Clearlake
This is a family owned property that is well maintained. We remodeled the house about 10 years ago, updated the kitchen and added a bedroom and bath downstairs for our mother to use in her later years. The bathroom is accessible from the outside porch area.
