  I can't tell you what a wonderful condo you have. The view from the balcony is like a post card. We sat on the balcony every night and just felt the stress leave us as we overlooked the lake. We will definately be back next year.

  We had a terrific vacation in Branson over the 4th of July weekend. This condo was really nice!! Very roomy place, really nice towels, terrific pots, pans and dish ware. It was down in the valley, so it was nice that it was a little cooler. Very nice decor and a great layout. The bedrooms are very roomy - even with king beds! Then there is a bedroom upstairs with 2 queens, a bath and separate loft area with 2 twin beds. It was really nice sitting on the deck in the evening. Shady and roomy since this condo was a corner unit. The gated community looks like it has a nice golf course that is reasonably priced - might have to bring the clubs next time. I believe the community has 3 pools, the one by the golf clubhouse that we went to was great! It had a couple of fountains and even had a separate pool that was under a canopy. It also had a cute 1 ft pool for the little kids. Loved Silver Dollar City, the Butterfly House (really cool!) and Ride the Ducks (downtown). We will definitely try and stay at this condo again next year!

  We stayed last week and couldn't have been happier! The review about all the problems is not accurate now I assure you. The linens were great, new as indicated by the response and everything that was listed as a problem must have been addressed because none of the issues listed were present. The water was high on Taneycomo but that wasn't anyone's fault. Overall this experience was fantastic and I would highly recommend to anyone.

  When we first turned on the hot water a strong smell of rotten eggs stunk up the whole condo. The comforters had big blood stains on them and did not look like they had been washed. The DVD player did not work, and the hot tub at the resort was broken. Not a good experience. Would not recommend this condo.

  Owner response: All linens and towels are brand new in May. The condo has been deep cleaned for the season and ready to go for 2011! The golf course has undergone extensive renovations and is ready to go for the season. The hot tub, pool and tennis courts are all now resurfaced and a new kool deck has been applied to the pool area. There is a new restaurant on site now as well which is open 7 days a week. Sometimes the water in Branson smells there is nothing anyone can do about that but run the hot water and as it refills the smell is always gone. I look forward to your bookings!

  Our Family of 8 rented this condo the weekend of Oct 22nd and it was WONDERFUL. The layout is great, the pool and spa were nice. The location is near the strip and Silver Dollar City. Very clean and comfortable. This is a 4 STAR RATING! Denise, Jim Pierce and Family P.S. Thank you for making our Holiday wonderful!

  I had a wonderful time at your condo over this past Memorial Day weekend. The accomodations were splendid and the Pointe Royale Golf Course is one of the nicest courses I've played. I can't wait to play it again next year. Thanks for letting us stay!

2011/2012 Rates
January 1 to Memorial Day $150 two night minimum
Memorial Day to Labor Day $200 per night five night minimum
Labor Day to Dec 31 $175 two night minimum 
No refunds within 60 days of rental
Cleaning fee of $100 added per stay
50% deposit to reserve condo outside of 60 days
