Thanks for looking at Site 1234.When comparing rates keep in mind I have no hidden fees the advertised rate is the price with free use of a cart.The only thing not included in my rate is the $5.00 per night per vechile charged by Ocean Lakes.This house is close to a lake in the south side.The master bedroom has a Queen Size bed with a tv,the second bedroom has a full size bed with ajoinging bath the 3rd bedroom has a twin bed,There is a full bath off of the living room The other bath has a shower that is between full bedroom & twin bedroom.It has central air & a full size washer & dryer.Kitchen is equipped with dishes pots & pans silverware.The TV in the living room has a DVD with all of the cable channels.New laminate flooring & new paint for
2012 rental.Free use of cart with restrictions No one under the age of 21 is allowed to drive cart NO Pets,NO Smoking inside

We stayed in this house in September 2011 and couldn't have been happier. The house is cute, clean, and has a great location. Short walk to the lake and a very quick golf cart ride to the beach. There isn't a lot of traffic which is perfect for kids wanting to play outside. My family highly recommends!
Recommended for:Girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with young children, age 55+.

A very short walk to lake and short golf cart ride to pools/beach/store. House was adorable and decor in good taste. We brought paper plates and plastic forks and spoons so we didn't need to use the dishes provided but it appeared that kitchen was well equipped. Having a golf cart is a huge plus and a huge savings - would have cost us hundreds more to rent through the campground. Susie was helpful and great to rent from. We love being right on the lake but for the price, this home is hard to beat.

This house was as described. We stayed elsewhere the past 2 years and were unsatisfied. If you want affordability and cleanliness this is the house to rent!
