The elegantly furnished 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, plus den condo, overlooks the fairway of the 18-hole championship course (#1 course in Southwest FL). The Master bedroom has a king sized bed, the 2nd bedroom has a queen sized bed and the 3rd bedroom has a hide-a-bed. All linens provided. Dining areas sit 6 plus 2 at the breakfast bar. A private lanai overlooks the golf course and lakes. There is approximately 2,300 sq. ft. of air conditioned space and fans in every room. Two car enclosed garage with automatic door opener. Use the 18 hole championship golf course, the River Club, two restaurants, fine dining, banquet facilities, in house TV station, exercise room & classes with instructor, Olympic heated pool, tiki bar, biking, hiking trails, canoeing and kayaking, 59 slip marina, fishing pier, boat ramp, poolside cabana bar, children's play area, nature trails & wild life.00
