This 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath home is one and a half stories to maximize the incredible view of Halfmoon Bay and the Merry Islands in the distance. Swim off the gently sloping rocks, sunbathe on the deck or at the water's edge, explore the tide pools and collect driftwood on the property.
The house is set up to be friendly to families, couples, singles, artists, writers, nature lovers. The downstairs consists of living room, dining area, full kitchen, bedroom, bathroom with shower, and full laundry room. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with a jetted tub. High-speed wireless internet is included.
A deck spans the width of the front of the home, maximizing the incredible view. A wood-burning stove, in addition to electric heat, will keep you cozy in winter, and, there is a generator as back-up. There is decking on 3 sides of the house. Situated on just under half an acre, the house is perched on the upper rock, and a short series of stairs takes you to the middle rock, with an outdoor fire pit, and the lower rock at the water's edge. Bring your kayaks and launch them here when the water is calm.
A 20 minute drive to the town of Sechelt, where all amenities can be found, and a short drive to the Halfmoon Bay General Store. Walk to Smugglers Cove Marine Park.
