Destin is one of the top upscale resort areas in the U.S. and Miramar Beach is one of the most popular family beach vacation locations in the Destin area -- convenient to shopping, dining and attractions, and since we are are on a private gated beach the crowds are moderate even during peak season.

Hi, we are Linda and Andy Johnson, owners of 3105 Maravilla. This photo was taken on the beach in front of the condo.
We live north of Atlanta, about a 6-hour drive from Destin. We purchased the condo new and have done tons of upgrades over the years. You will see the difference immediately -- the condo is clean, updated, and much better-equipped than the run-of-the mill rental unit. We love to stay there ourselves as often as we can.

Thank you both very much for letting us stay at your place! We couldn't have had a better experience!! The condo was better than advertised and really felt like home. It was well maintained and cleaner than expected. We will probably look at staying with you guys next year.

Our family has stayed here the last 3 times we came to Destin. We especially like this particular condo at Maravilla because it is ground level. This is one of the nicer condos at Maravilla and we love the upgraded kitchen and the condo just feels like home. The Johnson's are wonderful to rent from always making sure everything is good. Pompano Joe's restaurant is only 1/2 mile down so you can walk or drive. (Great food) Whenever we go to Destin we will always rent this condo!!!!

Everything was amazing, the owners are so sweet, the condo was just beautifully decorated and the beaches were GREAT. The location is close to everything. We had a great vacation and my family loved it. My 3 year old still asks to go back to the beach house....

Andy and Linda -- We had a great time. Six families from our kids' high school went down to Destin, so the kids all hung out all day long. The adults did their own thing --golf, fishing, some hung out on the beach, some went shopping. I took my son and 3 other people fishing; we caught 50-60 fish and 33 keepers."
