Hi, we are Linda and Andy Johnson, owners of 3105 Maravilla. We live just north of Atlanta, about a 6-hour drive from Destin. We bought the condo when it was new and have put a lot of effort into upgrading the unit over the years -- you will see the difference when you check in. We are proud and gratified when our guests enjoy the results.

Andy and Linda -- We had a great time. Six families from our kids' high school went down to Destin, so the kids all hung out all day long. The adults did their own thing --golf, fishing, some hung out on the beach, some went shopping. I took my son and 3 other people fishing; we caught 50-60 fish and 33 keepers."

We have just begun renting our unit ourselves in 2002 and are enjoying the opportunity to work with guests from many states around the country. We have had visitors from Ohio, Oklahoma, Missouri, and of course closer-in states like Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi, and even some nice folks from the Pensacola, Florida area who drove an hour to get to Destin for a long weekend.
