Thank you both very much for letting us stay at your place! We couldn't have had a better experience!! The condo was better than advertised and really felt like home. It was well maintained and cleaner than expected. We will probably look at staying with you guys next year.

Recommended for:People with disabilities, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

Our family has stayed here the last 3 times we came to Destin. We especially like this particular condo at Maravilla because it is ground level. This is one of the nicer condos at Maravilla and we love the upgraded kitchen and the condo just feels like home. The Johnson's are wonderful to rent from always making sure everything is good. Pompano Joe's restaurant is only 1/2 mile down so you can walk or drive. (Great food) Whenever we go to Destin we will always rent this condo!!!!

Everything was amazing, the owners are so sweet, the condo was just beautifully decorated and the beaches were GREAT. The location is close to everything. We had a great vacation and my family loved it. My 3 year old still asks to go back to the beach house....

You can tell that Linda and Andy care about their property and the comfort and enjoyment of their guests. This was my first time to rent a condo and the experience was great! Can't wait to do this again next year! Wouldn't dream of staying anywhere else! Thanks, Linda and Andy.

Andy and Linda -- We had a great time. Six families from our kids' high school went down to Destin, so the kids all hung out all day long. The adults did their own thing --golf, fishing, some hung out on the beach, some went shopping. I took my son and 3 other people fishing; we caught 50-60 fish and 33 keepers."

We have just begun renting our unit ourselves in 2002 and are enjoying the opportunity to work with guests from many states around the country. We have had visitors from Ohio, Oklahoma, Missouri, and of course closer-in states like Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi, and even some nice folks from the Pensacola, Florida area who drove an hour to get to Destin for a long weekend.
