You will be amazed at the gorgeous view of the intercoastal from this newly remodeled designer furnished home. First let me tell you a little bit about Jensen Beach. This quaint beach town reminds you of how Florida used to be. We have wonderful restaurants, art galleries, boutiques, day spas, and marinas offering fishing and snorkeling excursions. Our little town really rocks on Thursday nights when Jammin In Jensen takes place. Street musicians, crafters, food vendors and artists line the streets and we all enjoy the festivities and the wonderful ocean breezes. This fun event is just one of our local favorites. Five star restaurants as well as seafood "hole in the wall" cafes are the norm here. You can stroll through our town with perfect ease as it is safe and just a short walk from our home. Our Jensen Beach Park is the best beach in Florida. We offer white sand beaches and gorgeous turquoise water. People travel from all over the state to visit our beach. Picnic areas, fishing piers as well as a beach concession for breakfast and lunch make this a perfect day trip. Martin County has dog friendly beaches so your pooch can enjoy an outing to the beach too.
Our home is located on scenic Skyline Drive. The house sits 50' above sea level and overlooks the Intercoastal. Glimpses of the ocean can be seen on Hutchinson Island. As you enter you will love the brand new kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and open floor plan. Everything you will need to cook is provided. The fridge has ice and water in the door for your convenience. Coffee maker and microwave are also provided. If you plan to have guests over - go ahead. Beautiful tableware and accessories will allow you to have the perfect party.
The living room opens onto the fabulous deck with granite table and chairs for six. Watch the moon rise over the water and fall in love all over again.
The master bedroom has an adjoining bathroom with tiled shower and make up area. The queen bed has high quality sheets and a view of the water.
The downstairs media room has a big tv and comfy leather couches perfect for watching movies. Cable is provided.
The additional bedroom is large and roomy. This bedroom has it's own entrance in case your guests would like to come and go as they please. A second bath adjoins.
Also downstairs is a covered lanai with a six person hot tub which overlooks the private tropical back yard. Sip champagne under the swaying palms. The back yard is perfect for laying out in the sun and finishing that novel you've been wanting to read.
Our home is furnished in designer furnishings and boasts beautiful local artwork.

My wife and I rented the home in March 2011 and we could not have been more pleased. The wonderful pictures on the internet do not do it justice. You have to see it in person to appreciate the home. Cottage like curb appeal, breath taking views and all the charm of a home away from home. First impression was modern, clean. well appointed and spacious! The home has much to offer everyone. And Chris and Patty were attentive and wonderful to work with. Like most couples we each found aspects of the home which suited our individual needs. Whether it was sunbathing, watching a movie, reading a book or playing on the internet, the home offered us both the right place and space so it felt like home quickly. Close to a modern local grocery store, resturants and shopping. Yet only a short drive away from a library, large mall and all the major big box stores. We would definitely rent this home again and recommend it to anyone who is interested. Of course all we ask is that you please not rent it at the same time we want to!

We stayed over last Christmas and were very pleased with the house. Lots of room to spread out and the kitchen was awesome. Jensen is a sweet little seaside community with lots of restaurants that we could walk to very comfortably. The local Publix is completely remodeled and very nice. The owners are awesome to work with and really want you to be comfortable in their home. We liked it so much that we booked it for a month this summer!
Recommended for:Sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway.

What a great house. Very comfortable, great floor plan and very clean. This house was the cleanest rental property that we ever stayed in. The location is perfect. You can walk to the town of Jensen Beach where you will find a handful of fabulous restaurants. The beach is just a 3 minute drive away or you can walk over the bridge if you are adventurous. The owners are more than accommodating.They met us at the house when we first arrived took care of all of our needs.

Couldn't have been happier with the home, location (close to everything) and Chris and Patty were very accessible and accommodating. Would definitely recommend this property - One of the many highlights of our month stay was watching the space shuttle launch from the deck - awesome. We enjoyed our stay immensely. Wish we could have stayed longer. This lovely home is centrally located and close to everything. We walked to restaurants, grocery store, etc. You will feel perfectly safe to step out the door and take a walk around the neighborhood or into town. The home is beautiful and well maintained and equipped with every convenience. The view from your beautiful kitchen and outdoor patio is spectacular. The owner could not have been more accommodating. Hopefully we will back for a longer period of time.

This house was great...very clean, easy to get to get around for anything you need, food stores and such 2 min. away. The folks who own the place are right down the street if there are problems, but really, the house is so together, there are never really any problems.

This is a fabulous vacation rental. Walking distance to downtown and the Intercoastal Waterway. The view is spectactular. Would highly recommend this rental.

My husband and I stayed in this lovely home over Christmas. The owner could not have been more accomodating. The house is centrally located and close to everything - restaurants, grocery store, etc. You feel perfectly safe to step out the door to take a walk. Be careful bringing a woman to this house...she will want to come home with the kitchen! It is well equipped with every convenience.
