It has been a strange tourist season in Victoria. Many more "last minute" bookings that the previous year. We did not have a single vacant day in July, but August and September have proven to be much slower. We want to fill our condo, so we have reduced rates to our LOW SEASON rates now!

Originally built in 1888, this building renovation combines the best of the new and the best of the old...with beautiful exposed brick walls, and lots of bright windows on 12' ceilings.
Located on the corner of Johnson and Government Streets, you will find yourself in the heart of Victoria's finest dining, shopping, business, all nestled in the heart of beautiful downtown Victoria. Just one block from the inner harbour/harbor, you can enjoy nightly strolls to watch the cruise ships, sailboats and the float planes landing in the water as they travel to and from Seattle, Vancouver, and other world destinations. Close to everything in Victoria - Buchart Gardens (take a direct bus just 3 blocks away), the Empress (just down the street), the SaveOnFoods Memorial Arena, and all the best dining and theatres.
This suite is ready for your business needs as well, providing high speed internet, cable TV, DVD, CD, and two flat-screen TVs.
Your comfort is assured. This suite has one queen-size bed in the separate bedroom and one fold-out couch (double) in the living room. It is normally limited to 2 adults.
Gated parking is available (no charge).
