I am running a special. I would like to rent out our studio for this year,2009. I will rent it out for $1650.
Block out dates: Week 51 and 52. You can rent Dec. 13-20th, but nothing after the 20th.
4 studios: $2050 each for almost any week in 2010.
We also have presidents week booked for 2010 !!! Feb.13-20th. $5000 for the lockout(2 bedrooms).
2 of our studios can be booked for anytime you need!!

Summary:
We have four studios that are waiting to be booked for 2009. I can get almost any date for you*Sometimes it takes me one week and many hours to call but at least I know I can get the date you need.
****Just think, you could stay in the studio for the first week and then move to the one bedroom the second week!
***Good news!! They have just switched all the queen size beds to king size beds in the last month! What a relief!!
We would prefer if you pay through paypal and use the certified bank option. This just means that when they take it from your bank account, then we don't have to pay the 3% paypal fee. We do accept checks and money orders!
*****This is booked for Presidents Week which is one of the most desired dates and very hard to book unless booked in advance.
*****You will NOT be required to attend any type of timeshare presentation unless you request to or DESIRE to!!!!

*****I have checked for flights and the best prices are found on Aloha, Hawaiian, Northwest, and Southwest airlines. Delta, American, and United fly there as well. Northwest had many direct flights for $589!!!!! Aloha had some for $249 each way!! Alamo seems to rent the cars for the best price! Just thought this might help you. I am a stay at home mom while my husband is going to medical school. I can help you find any flight!
******. I can use my options and reserve more nights in a studio for a price of $500. It depends on how many points I need to use! If you use this option, they may need to move you to a different studio if another owner has booked that studio. I always call the week before to request that you stay in the same studio for the extra days. They have done it in the past for me when the room was not booked for those extra nights.

*******Don't forget to go to the Costco right around the corner from the airport and stock up on breakfast, lunch, and meat to put on the grill. There is a breakfast buffet and the North resort that is absolutely delicious!
This is the ultimate condominium vacation experience on the ultimate Island vacation destination in the world - Maui! You can enjoy the whole week on this property or explore the Island of Maui.
Walk just a few steps and you are swimming in a brand new pool. Kids can enjoy "Keiki Club" a special swimming and play area with its own ship for them to play on. Walk a few steps further and you are swimming, snorkeling or diving with sea turtles and a variety of tropical fish.
*****Take a free shuttle to Whalers Village shopping and restaurants. Sometimes it is possible to watch the whales from your private balcony during whale season.
This is referring to a lockout: This unit is equipped with granite counter tops and brand new appliances in each of its two kitchens. The two bathrooms each boast Jacuzzi tubs. Best of all, are the heavenly beds (king in the one bedroom side and queen in the studio side). The studio has a granite counter top and has a kitchenette. There is one bathroom with the jacuzzi, and a double headed shower. Romantic, or just plain easier to wash the kids off from the beach.
*****You can enjoy several wonderful restaurants or cook poolside on one of the 12 gas grills (utensils provided). Just ask for them at the little store.
Maui also offers some of the best scuba diving, snorkeling, whale watching, hiking, rafting and site seeing in the world.
****Parking is free!! We pay all of that in our maintenance fees!!
***The state of Hawaii requires that you pay a tax of $4/day for the studio per family, and $7/day for the one bedroom.

- Full Kitchen: There is no oven in the studio. There is a microwave. I would suggest going to Costco right near the airport and buying all your fish, meat,spices, breakfast food, etc. We only cooked our rice in doors and grilled every night next to the pool.

- Gas/Electric BBQ Grill: The grills are right near the pool. You can go to the little store and borrow grill utensils.

- Oceanfront: This is an ocean view, and this Resort is directly on the beach. There are no buildings, parks, or groves in between the beach and your room. If you are on the first two floors you may see the trees around the pool. Usually ocean front would be considered the very front of the building where you are closest to seeing the ocean. I just wanted to be clear on this issue. The sooner you contact me the better view you will have.
- Ocean View: I checked both because neither one is the perfect description. The resort identifies my studio as an ocean view. Yet, this description that vrbo site uses is incorrect to the Westin villas. If you are on the outside of the building, then you can see the mountains and the beach. If you are in the iside, you will overlook the pool and the trees surrounding the pool, then the ocean. They cannot tell me where they are putting you until the day before. I then request for a higher room and better view if available. This is just how they book it. They could put you in an island view which means you can see the island and you have to go out on the balcony and look to your right in order to see the beach. They mad the rooms like this so that everyone could see the ocean from wherever they are.
