This beautiful home is one block from Grandview Beach. This beach is very uncrowded and great for surfing or just a romantic walk in the evening.

There are many fine restaurants with live music and shopping in Downtown Encinitas.

The house is very spacious with an upstairs balcony. It has a large back yard with an outside shower. There are bikes, surf boards, wet suits and a kayak available.

We also offer Baby Sitting and Shuttle Service for a reasonable fee.
