It is cozy enough for a small group, yet roomy enough for 3 families to share! There is truly something for everyone here. Soak in the hot tub after a long day of skiing or golf. Snuggle up and watch movies on the flat screen TV. Spend time cooking a great meal in the fully equipped kitchen. Head to Manchester for the best outlet shopping around. Or do nothing at all.
Is this a family vacation? We have children of our own, so we know what you need for a vacation with kids, and have provided it for you...baby gates, Pack-n-Play, high chair and toys for the little ones...X box, games, and a full finished basement, flat screen tvs, a separate den, and an 8 person hot tub for the 'grown-ups'. Round Hill feels more like a private home than your typical vacation rental. Whether you are here for a weekend or a week, you will not be disappointed!
Stratton has some of the best skiing and snowboarding in southern Vermont, not to mention fishing, mountain biking, golf and shopping. Come and see Round Hill and Stratton, and make memories to last a lifetime!

what an amazing place. great locationfor the ski areas and terrific layout. wish they had a bigger grill but it did the trick. hot tob was top notch, views from the dining rom were amazing. Would go back every year.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

Your house is so far our favorite ski home. We have been doing the condo thing for many years, this being our first adventure off the resort. We can't thank you enough for such a wonderful place to vacation to. The walk around the house is now our new favorite Vermont view. It is sad to leave, but this house is perfect in every way and we hope to be back. The families arrived late Thursday in light snow to your beautiful home. All of us immediately felt totally cozy and comfortable, and knew this was the perfect place to celebrate a 30th birthday, and to introduce the families.
