Our Venice Island home will comfortably sleep up to 8 people - perfect for two families vacationing together. The house has a large living room with cable TV, eat-in kitchen with up-to-date appliances, family room, spacious lanai overlooking the 5 person hot tub, and beautifully landscaped fenced-in yard, (our home is pet friendly). The home is fully equipped with comfortable furniture, central air conditioning, kitchen utensils, linens, broadband internet access, cable TV, beach chairs, and 2 bicycles.
Our house is ideally situated close to Venice Islands finest beaches including Casperson Beach, (famous for its shark tooth collecting), Brohard Beach Park, (where you can enjoy a day at the beach with your dog), and the popular Sharky's Restaurant and fishing pier. Venice Island is known for its exceptional facilities, fabulous beaches, and wonderful downtown district. So come and enjoy a magnificent vacation in our wonderful Venice Island home.
