Vasari Country Club is located on the border of Bonita Springs and Naples. It is just minutes of I75 on newly completed Livinston/Imperial road where it is nestled amongst two of the most prestigious communities, Tuscany Reserve and Mediterra. Vasari, however; holds its' own, and Livingston road provides a straight shot to Radio Road, with quick access to downtown Naples where you'll find upscale shopping and gourmet dining. Close by you'll also find outlets, malls, and restaurants galore.
The sandy white beaches with all sorts of water activities and beautiful sunsets are just 4 miles down the road. Naples and RSW International Airports are also a quick trip (approx. 15 min).
Vasari is one of the finest and most sought after golf and tennis communities. It was voted Lee and Collier Counties Community of the Year for 2004 and 2005. The grounds are beautifully landscaped and exquisitely maintained. An elegant Clubhouse offers formal dining, a grill room, a private meeting space, a full service proshop, locker rooms, card room, and more. Adjacent to the Clubhouse is a fitness center, swimming pool, spa and children's pool, and playground. There are 6 Har-Tru, lighted tennis courts open 8 AM to 9 PM, and an 18 hole championship golf course. The well known Gordon Lewis designed course offers five sets of tees to suit all levels of play. There is a 40 acre aqua range, short-game range, and putting green. The reciprocal season, for those renting from May 1st to October 31st, offers play at 70+ great courses throughout the area for the cost of a cart seat.
The unit was purchased new in May of 2005. It is a second floor end unit that is quietly tucked away in the Materia section of Vasari, which provides lots of peace and quiet. The lanai overlooks a conservation area and has a distant, but; obstructed view of the lake. Not being directly on the golf course provides privacy. There are no golfers peering into your unit, no language or errant golf balls to contend with, and no mowers or course maintenance to wake you early in the morning. It has two bedrooms, a den, breakfast nook, and a great room with a vaulted ceiling. The master bedroom has a king size bed, the guest bedroom has twin beds, and the den has a pullout sofa. There are TV's throughout, VCR's, DVD's, and a stereo.
The unit has hardly been lived in, and is in like new condition. It is very well appointed and has all the comforts of home, as well as; $13K in upgrades. We've decorated and furnished the unit for ourselves, not just for renting. The local pool, clubhouse, and golf practice facilities are close by. I'm sure you'll enjoy this unit and Vasari. The event calender at Vasari offers lots of opportunity for recreation and socializing or you can just enjoy the time alone.
