We are just minutes from Broadway at the Beach, MagiQuest, Barefoot Landing, Carolina Opry, Tanger Outlet Mall, Dixieland Stampede, Medieval Times, and located in the heart of "Restaurant Row" with great restaurants. Also enjoy water parks, world class golfing at over a hundred courses, miniature golf, and many more fun activities for the whole family to enjoy. Easy access to all major highways. The activity possibilities are almost limitless.
Why This Unit:
Our unit is oceanfront on the 5th floor. The 5th floor is high enough not to be overwhelmed by the pool area, but low enough to be able to watch and enjoy what is going on. The unit is located near the elevator, has a split bedroom plan and has 3 windows in addition to the 2 sliding glass doors.
The Condo features up-to-date furnishings, custom decorations, 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, sleeper sofa, a washer/dryer in the unit, a balcony with access from both the master bedroom and the living area with wonderful frontage on the Atlantic Ocean! The full kitchen is equipped with many extras from wine glasses to small appliances such as a crock pot & a mixer. The unit also has 3 TVs. The one in the master has a VCR, the one in the living area has a DVD (with movie library) and in the second bedroom there is an X-Box game system complete with games.

Paul and I purchased our condo at Seawatch because we knew the grandchildren would love coming here. Seawatch is convenient to everything and provides an incredible amount of activities on site. A resort built around a central lagoon.
