We love the ocean and Delray Beach is a special oceanfront and progressively managed community with an authentic "seaside village" aura, and our condo has an enchanting waterfront view. We enjoy prime placement with our private corner unit in a small Olde Delray complex overlooking the water and pool from our balcony on the east (ocean) side of the intracoastal waterway in the historic Nassau Park beach area of Delray Beach.
The village definitely emabraces an alluring international ambiance.

All types of sports such as the Delray Country Club, one of many golf courses in the area, tennis at the Delray Tennis center, the charm of a small village and beautiful beach within 3 minutes of the condo, an exclellent new Delray Beach library, plus all the activities of the pulse surrounding Atlantic Ave with its popular restaurants, sidewalk cafes, art galleries, art fairs, music, and boutiques-all perched on the Atlantic seaside. We supply beach chairs and beach towels for our valued guests. Delray is great for walking along the shore or meandering along a charming small street or lane with pretty homes and lush landscaping. East Delray Beach is an ideal venue for bicycling and enjoying clean sandy beaches, surf, and water activities.

We love Delray Beach and the special charm of Tahiti Cove and its ideal location on the east side of the intratcoastal and a 3 minute stroll to the Atlantic beach. We are an American Swedish married couple, and Elaine is a PhD in international management with an specialty in the management of multinational firms and cross-cultural aspects of management integrating socio-technical factors. Originally from Boston, she has also had resort hotel management experience at New England resorts in Maine, NH and Massachusetts and Cape Cod.
Dan, a Swedish Viking, is a high tech electrical engineer and consultant at Ericsson, developing new chip design with ASIC for the next generation mobile platform. We divide our time and energy between Europe and properties in three states in the US. We have had many interesting and happy guests and enjoy the human dynamic and challenges involved in managing and decorating these special properties. You are most welcome to join in this pleasant waterfront residential experience in a charming Southeast Florida "Village by the Sea" with its unique characteristics.
