Why the Owner Chose Delray Beach
We love the ocean and Delray Beach is a very well managed town with an authentic "seaside village" aura, and our condo has a wonderful view, and we enjoy prime placement with our private corner unit in a small Olde Delray complex overlooking the water and pool from our balcony on the east side of the intracoastal in the historic beach area of Delray Beach.
The village definitely emabraces an alluring international ambiance.

All types of sports such as excellent one of many golf courses at the Delray Country Club, tennis at the Delray tennis center, the charm of a small village and beautiful beach within 3 minutes of the condo plus all the activities of the pulse surrounding Atlantic Ave with its popular restaurants, cafes, art galleries, art fairs, music, and boutiques. Delray is great for walking along the shore or meandering along a charming small street with pretty homes and lush landscaping, and in addition E. Delray Beach is a good venue for bicycling and enjoying clean sandy beaches, surf, and boating.

Elaine is a PhD in international management from Boston and has resort hotel management experience at New England resorts in Maine, NH and MA-Cape Cod.
Dan is a high tech electrical engineer at Ericsson from Sweden, developing new chip design with ASIC.
The couple shares their time between Europe and properties in three states in the US. We have had many interesting and happy guests and enjoy the human dynamic and challenges involved in managing and decorating these special properties.
