Located in Seascape resort, a gated golf and tennis community, our two bedroom, two bath smoke-free villa, overlooks the 12th fairway and Golden Pond.
Our villa is located on the second floor with vaulted ceilings and plenty of space to relax after a day at the beach or on the golf course. There is a covered balcony with a swing, table and chairs that provides the setting for enjoying the quiet serenity and lush landscaping below.
The master bedroom has a queen-size bed with a private bath and walk-in shower. There is a huge abundance of closet space for all your belongings.
The second bedroom has twin beds and utilizes the full bath just down the hall. A pair of roll-away twin beds is also available for extra guests.
The living room is open and airy with lots of natural light. The sofa and love seat in the living room all recline for maximum comfort. A 27 inch TV, DVD and VCR are also provided.
The Dining Room Suite overlooks Golden Pond and has seating for six guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with a new dishwasher added in June, 2007. The kitchen and entryway were both re-painted in October, 2007.
There is a washer and dryer area on the lower level that is shared by three other units. It is available at your convenience and rarely in use.
Our villa is within walking distance of Destin’s emerald waters and sandy white beaches. It is also a short walk to the resort’s golf course, five pools and eight clay tennis courts.
"Escape to Seascape" and enjoy your vacation in paradise. Our villa offers a tranquil and peaceful respite after a busy day at the beach, golf course, fishing charter, or any other of Destin’s many attractions.
