                            We had 6 people stay in this unit for a week and it was perfect! Great location right on the beach in a very nice neighborhood, with plenty of shops, restaurants, and things to do nearby. We especially liked how close the Pueblo grocery store was, since we made a few meals ourselves during the week. Carlos was very accommodating and came over right away to fix a leak that occurred in one of the bathrooms, so that was very nice. I would definitely recommend this property for anyone looking for a place right on the beach, at a reasonable price. Thanks again Carlos!

                            We stayed at this vacation rental property and it was excellent! The Condo was was maintained very well. The view was beautiful! One side had the ocean and just turn your head and you see the mountains. Carlos was very friendly and helpful. ESJ Towers had very good customer service, the provided us with tours and recommened many places to go to. I would recommend this Condo to anyone! Thank You Carlos for everything!

                            just had a great weekend at this nice and roomy apartment. the kids (4) enjoyed the big space, pool, and gorgeous beach area. We walked to the casino at Hotel San Juan without having to go across the street. Nice restaurants, fast food, supermarket and pharmacy nearby. The owner, Carlos, was amazing, real nice person, easy to deal with. I would recomend this apartment to anyone wanting to spend some time at the beach on a real niceapartment, a great area at a reasonble price.

                            I was beyond happy with my experience in this apartment! Firstly, the apartment itself is clean, comfortable and pleasingly decorated. The view from the balcony is gorgeous! The bedrooms are spacious and the beds extremely comfy. There were tons of clean sheets, towels and blankets, and the washer/dryer in the apartment was a lifesaver. Staying in the ESJ Towers was something new for me, and I’m glad I did. The staff is beyond pleasant and helpful. Staying at the Towers gives you access to the beach, pool, restaurant and bar – there is even a mini-mart in the lobby. The concierge and the front desk staff members were vital to us getting around the island and ending up where we wanted to be. And the apartment comes with a dedicated parking space in a secure garage. The Towers are also located in a prime area of Isla Verde – virtually anything you need is within walking distance. And if you can’t walk there, your car is only an elevator ride away. Lastly, the owner Jose was a very kind and accommodating man. I will definitely stay here again when I return to Puerto Rico next year.

                            I stayed at the esj tower condo the end of Nov 2007, this being my 3rd time to San Juan in the same area. The condo was nice and roomy, Some likes was the large pool area and the workout room with sauna. The hours however were disappointing. The pool closed by 7 and beach access was also closed at that time as was the sauna. Would of have nice for these to be open longer. Could use a little updating in lobby and halls and very hot in elevators. But are room was nice supplied with just about everything you would need washer and dryer was also nice as was tv in every room with movies to watch.

                            Recommended for: Tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers.
