Relax in our Ft. Myers, 3 bedroom, 2 bath, with garage, private home on the Gulf Access Canal...which, you can see from the large heated pool (in the 80's degrees) in the lanai!
Enjoy the lanai and it's large sliders that open up to that heated pool area :) Open to the living room, kitchen, and dining room, you are able to be part of the heated pool area. You will want to keep the sliders open for the breeze to flow through, and the song birds to entertain you.
In the morning, enjoy your coffee in the lanai (out in the sunny areas or under cover form the sun), with the sounds of the birds and the view of the canal. What a great way to start the day! Enjoy the sun and fun during the day...remember that no bugs come in here. Enjoy the end of the day...go through those shells you found at the beach and identify them with our shell literature!...remember what a super day you just had.
Tropically decorated, and newly refurbished/redecorated for your comfort. Newly purchased in Feb. 2007. Our rooms offer ceiling fans and lighting throughout. Reading library for all ages and games for the family to enjoy are here for you, too.
This is a great, quiet neighborhood on a cul-de-sac. Safe and friendly. We are set apart, yet close to everything. We have a wonderful spot here on the gulf access canal where fishing and boating happen, right at your back door! Keep your boat, wave runner, kayak at the boat dock here in the back yard. Just 7 minutes to the Caloosahatchee River (by boat) and you're golden. Explore the waterways and the wildlife/views it has to offer.
We are close to the grocery stores, Wal-mart, restaurants, golf, tennis, boat rentals, beaching, shelling, etc. Popular activities like these are all within a 15 mile radius. Many of these are within walking distance! You will be sure to enjoy yourself thoroughly, no matter what your likes may be. This area has everything a warm weather lover likes!
