The swaying of the moss hanging from the live oaks, the smells of the salt marshes and the sounds of the ocean...It's simply a feeling you'll get when you arrive on Seabrook Island. This barrier island, quietly nestled 25 miles from Charleston is a "little slice of heaven" and we hope you'll find our Sealoft Villa equally appealing.
Sealoft Villas are A-frame in design with vaulted ceilings and lots of deck space. Our villa was completely renovated in 2007 and we partially enclosed the loft and added a third bathroom, making it unique to this complex. There is "NEW" everything...kitchen, baths, flooring, appliances, decking and stairs, sliding doors and windows and most of the furnishings.
Our Sealoft offers a comfortably furnished living area with adjoining kitchen and dining for six. The upscale kitchen has been enlarged and reconfigured to maximize comfort and workspace. A silestone counter, over sized cabinets, and stainless appliances give it a modern appeal. It is fully furnished with all of the comforts of home.
Two bedrooms are on the first floor. The master bedroom offers a pillow-top king bed with an adjoining and completely redesigned private shower/bath. The other bedroom offers a queen bed with an adjoining private tub/bath. Upstairs, the newly converted, quiet loft has two twin beds and a full shower/bath--unique to a Sealoft.
New flooring throughout includes a combination of hardwood laminate, tile and carpet. For added comfort, ceiling fans are in every room. There are three private decks from which to enjoy the sights and sounds that abound. You'll love the terrific views!
The Sealoft community pool is right outside our villa, and the beach is only a short walk up the street and along the boardwalk winding over the dunes. As our guest, you have the use of the Seabrook Island Club where you can enjoy two Robert Trent Jones golf courses, 15 Har-Tru tennis courts, two large pools, a fitness center, and several club restaurants, one of which is ocean side.
Rent bicycles and get a feel for the island. Walk the miles of pristine beach while watching the dolphin. Catch a glorious sun rise or colorful sunset. Go crabbing at the crab dock and kayak in Capt. Sam's creek. Nature is in its glory and we hope you love it.
When you're ready for a city "fix", venture into nearby Charleston where her history and charm will welcome you. Take a carriage ride, a ghost tour, or simply stroll through one of the many cemeteries. Then dine in some of the first class restaurants for which Charleston is quickly being recognized...you won't be disappointed.

The Unique Benefits at this villa/house
Our Sealoft Villa was completely renovated prior to June of 2007. A third full bathroom was added in the loft, and the kitchen was reconfigured to add needed workspace. The home is well stocked and tastefully decorated. We offer the Seabrook Island Amenity Card with your stay. Our villa is easy walking distance to the beach, and located beside the Sealoft Community pool. It's three private decks are a great escape to watch the wildlife, the golfers in the distance, or the evening sunsets. It's a great spot on the island.

My family has been visiting Seabrook since 1989 when my parents first purchased a Sealoft Villa. Over the years we have relocated on the island, and currently my brother and I share a home on Loggerhead Ct. and my husband and I own two villas. Seabrook is such a wonderful place, and it is hard to imagine finding any place as perfect. The quiet, natural beauty along with the pristine beach is sure to captivate you as it has my family.
