Woodburning fireplace, Full kitchen, two dining areas, living room, full bath, two bedrooms, very large bunk area perfect for kids w/four twin beds and convertible bed, Large party deck w/gas grill and lots of seating and flagstone fire pit & hammock. Sleeps 8 (10 w/convertibles). Main floor laundry.
Lower unit - Easy access no stairs, two bedrooms-one w/queen size-one w/twin & full size, 3/4 bath (large walk-in shower) heated bathroom floor, full kitchen, dining room, living room, laundry room, Very large covered porch across entire walk out. Flagstone patio with firepit. Gas grill. Gas fireplace, pellet stove, individual room electric baseboard heating. Very cozy atmosphere! Beautiful wooded view through 4 sets of french doors. Sleeps 5.

Winter (Labor Day-May) .. $145/night .. $795/week (2 night min) 3rd night free!
Summer (Jun-Aug) ........ $165/night .. $995/week (3 night min)
$65 cleaning fee per unit
10 percent discount if both units are rented together!!(incl cleaning).
Date Deposit-$40 at booking date-Refundable within 30 days of date.
$100 Refundable Security Deposit-Due with reservation payment
All monies due 10 days prior to arrival.
