Private Shuttle Schedule: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m daily.
Top of every hour "pick up at our home" (if busy ski day, get on shuttle at Lodge)
10 minutes after the hour 1st stop at "Snowflake Lift" (no lines - green and blue runs).
15 minutes after the hour 2nd stop at "Beaver Run Lift" (green ski runs)
20 minutes after the hour 3rd stop at "Park Avenue Pub/Main-street Station"
25 minutes after the hour 4th stop (by request) at "Gondola/Breckenridge Bus Station"
In the evenings during ski season, shuttle is on will call to take you to town for dinner & shopping. No need for car with great bike paths & local shuttle transportation!
During ski season, avoid the hassle of looking for parking or ski lockers.
During summer, ride a bike and enjoy the paths along the Blue River.

- Balcony: 30 foot long private deck with railing. Our deck is facing south-west and gets great sunny exposure with striking views are of the ski mountains.
- View/Location
- Mountain View: All windows have sunny western views of Breckenridge peaks 7 and 8. On sunny days, open the shades during the daytime and the house warms up to a nice 75 degrees just from the sunlight.
- Ski-In: Walk out the front door 20 feet in your ski boots to catch the Free private shuttle - get off right at the lift lines and step into your skis. There are also cross country skiing packages 2 blocks up tiger road at the Nordic Center (Golf Course)
- Ski-Out: Take off your skis and wait at the Snowflake lift or Beaver Run for our private shuttle - or go to the Park Avenue Pub and wait inside, it's the 3rd shuttle stop.
- Communications
- Broadband Internet: Access code for internet is our phone number with no dashes 970-300-4779 also there is a printer with a USB connection located in the garage to print or make copies.
- WiFi (Wireless Internet): High speed cable internet with wireless signal.
- Other Amenities
- Free private ski shuttle for Highland Greens guests. Shuttle runs hourly during day until 5 p.m. and picks you up at front of house. Shuttle to lift distance is only 4-5 miles. In the evening shuttle is "on call" for trips to Breckenridge businesses. Shuttle phone number is 970-486-0004 for pick up and drop off.

- No Pets Allowed: Our daughter has asthma, we cannot allow pets, or smoking sorry.
- Kid Friendly: Foos Ball Table Upstairs. Safe community with no traffic, next to bicycle trails, entry doors do not need keys (combination locks).
- Minimum Age Limit for Renters: No renters under 25 years of age unless accompanied by adults - this is not a spring break party rental.

- World class skiing at Breckenridge also next to Copper Mountain & Keystone & A Basin & Vail.. Lake Dillon very close for Sailing and Fishing, Both Dillon and Frisco Marinas rent sailboats, powerboats, canoes and kayaks, The Blue River and paved bike path are just a block away. From downtown Breckenridge you can coast all the way home along the Blue River - Local Buses also have room to transport 3 bikes if you want to coast back from Copper Mountain or Breckenridge - Be sure to check the local papers for sunset times (buses will NOT pick you up with your bike if it is past sunset time in paper). It is not a bad idea to have a light and tail-light on your bike in-case you can't take the bus because they already have 3 bikes on it.

Why the Owner Chose Highland Greens
Once you visit Breckenridge you will know why we chose this place. You can sail on Lake Dillon in the summer, choose from several ski mountains in the winter, ride bikes all over the county on the paved trails or attend live concerts and parades year long. Breckenridge is the town you wish you grew up in.
The Unique Benefits at this Townhome
Our place is right off the bike path between Breckenridge and Frisco. We are also a block from the Golf Course with its ponds filled with Beaver and scenic views. We especially like our south-west facing sunny deck and views of the ski slopes. Fishing is either a 2 block walk to the Blue River, or paddling on my kayak on Lake Dillon. There are plenty of restaurants and unique stores nearby, and you can even drive to nearby towns for a variety of activities and music festivals.
