My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property and plan to return next year. The representative photos were accurate and the property was clean and well maintained. The large closet was a pleasant surprise and because of the convenience of the washer and dryer, I realized that I had over-packed. The Pinellas Trail was less than a mile from the condo and easy to reach via neighborhood streets. Clearwater Beach was a short ride as was Sand Key state park. During our stay we rode the trail which stretches from Tarpon Springs to St. Petersburg, enjoying the tasty treats at the weekly Farmers' markets and the cafes and bakeries along the way. Afternoons spent at the pool were always enjoyable and never crowded. Jen was helpful to us both before and during our stay.

Let me start by saying I have stayed at this condo 3 times in 2 years and am planning a 4th trip now. My opinion: 1. condo is in great shape 2. complex is very well maintained 3. lovely pool area 4. workout facilities more than adequate 5. super location just minutes from everything 5. owners are very helpful, lovely people You won't do better for the money!

WE are in this same one BR condo for the 4th year and love to stay here. It is well furnished and the pool here is wonderful. It is nice to be in gated community also close to beaches and shopping. WE recommend it to anyone who wants a relaxing holiday.

Poor Rental Information Given by Owner

We just spent 2 of the worse weeks we ever spent in Florida, Oct. 16-30, 2010. Long story short, we arrived to face 23 steps straight up to get to the 2nd floor apt. We are 73 and 76 year old seniors, it was quite a hardship for us. The apt. below was doing remodeling, they tore a whole wall down and rebuilt it and put in new windows and a new wall. For 6 days 8am-3pm there was hammering, chipping, sawing and drilling. We had to leave the apt. for 4-5 hours for those 6 days because of the noise. Jennifer never told us about how many steps or the construction that was going on. The workers said they gave the owners a month's notice before the work began. We made our reservations in August. You heard of the "stairway to heaven" this was the stairway to hell.

Owner response:I had a lengthy conversation with Tom back in August prior to him booking with us. I told Tom that there are stairs to the condo and I also list my unit as a second floor unit on my ad. I always make it a point to tell renters about the stairs because most of my renters are seniors especially during the Fall and Winter months. When Alice contacted me about the stairs I first offered to provide assistance to have there luggage carried up for them and asked her what she would like to do. She declined assistance with the luggage and proceeded to stay at the condo for the entire 2 weeks. As for the construction, my unit was not the unit that was getting work done to it. The owner of the units that were having construction done were notified so I had no prior knowledge of the construction or the noise. In fact they took the word of the construction worker without even checking at the office manager before accusing me of having prior knowledge. I was not informed of the construction until one month after their stay at my condo when they decided to complain. Had they contacted me during there stay I would have been happy to terminate the rental and give them a full refund but they never gave me the chance and they stayed the entire two weeks and offered no indication that they were having a horrible time. I have owned this condo for 4 years and never had a negative comment. I believe Tom and Alice were trying to get a free stay out of me.

I highly recommend renting this condo. It is in excellent condition, nicely decorated, and kept very clean. The pool area is stunning and never overly crowded. The work out area is available 24/7. The owner was very fair and accurate in all of our transactions. She went out of her way to make my stay pleasant. I was very very pleased and do plan to rent this condo again.

Clearwater Condo

We have stayed at this condo in Clearwater the past two years and will be staying again this year. The condo is attractively decorated, clean, comfortable, and convenient to various attractions and destinations. It is within 10 minutes of Clearwater Beach, and it is a short drive to various attractions in Clearwater, Tampa, and St. Petersburg. The condo appears as it is advertised and is well stocked with items used for everyday living. There is a well maintained pool and gym on the property which we use regularly. The owners are courteous and business like in their interactions and are willing to answer questions and be helpful. We are pleased to provide this very positive recommendation.

This Condo is amazing! The pool and workout facility are real nice. Very clean and nicely landscaped condo complex. Centrally located near shopping areas and restaurants. Close to Clearwater Beach and Clearwater Aquarium. Jen was very easy to work with. I hope to stay there again in the near future. I would highly recommend this condo.

My husband and I stayed in this lovely condo for the entire month of March, 2009. The property was clean, nicely decorated, and very conveniently located. The gated community is attractively landscaped, and the pool area and clubhouse are pleasantly appointed. Other than the sirens of rescue vehicles, fire trucks, etc.(a common occurrence anywhere in Florida) , the site is a quiet, restful haven. Numerous shops, supermarkets, and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity, the Blue Jays training facility is a mere 20 minute drive...and the beaches aren't very far away. The only downside was the lack of telephone and internet, which gets a little costly when you have to use a cell phone. All-in-all, we loved it and would gladly rent this property again.

Recommended for:Age 55+, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

My wife Susan and I were very impressed with the condo during our stay. It was very spacious and had all of the things that we needed. It was also in a good location very close to a lot of good restaurants and of course the beaches. All in all we loved it. Just came back from a stay at this location. It was exactly as represented and met all my needs. Very centrally located. The owner also did many extra "little" things that really made my stay more comfortable. They showed a personal interest in making sure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. I hope to return to this location for future trips.
