This comfortable, friendly house features two apartments that can be rented separately or together. The first is a two bedroom, one bath apartment featuring a fully appointed kitchen. The second is a large studio apartment with one bathroom and a fully appointed kitchen.
The house is about a three minute stroll from one of the finest beaches in Rincon. The beach is great for kids and adults. There are many beachside restaurants and bars nearby. Spectacular sunsets!
The house is occupied by friendly owners on the second level. The owners are available for assistance and guide duties any time, including touring, fishing, beach activities, and more. We plan to sell this wonderful house in the long term- please ask for more information during your visit if you are interested in buying!
