One of the best things about the condo is it location to the Swimming Pool and Tennis Courts, they are right out your window, your are next to them. This means so much when you are sharing one car, transportation is no problem. I spend my winters in Florida as a Real Estate Broker and Investor; I originally purchased Builder Model at Colonial Country Club to live in that is why it so highly decorated and equipped with so many upgrades. I also purchase another Builders Model Condo and move into it and decided to rent Colonial because of the Real Estate Market being so weak sense then I have live in Estero a few miles from Fort Myers.
