Beautiful lake home on scenic Six and Twenty Creek section of gorgeous Lake Hartwell. You won't believe that you're only two minutes from a multitude of restaurants (Longhorn, Applebee's, Chili's, Cracker Barrel, etc...) and shopping, but you're home on a quiet peninsula with a beautiful view of the lake. Watch for the deer, ducks, and raccoons from the comfort of a spacious glass porch.
We just added an outdoor fireplace and TV in time for the upcoming football season. Watch all the games outdoors in front of a roaring fire!
Relax and enjoy the solitude. Read a book, ride a jet ski, or anything in between. The choice is yours. After a day of activity, choose one of the many popular restaurants nearby, or range out to nearby Greenville, Clemson, or Seneca for an even wider variety. All packages require $150 cleaning fee and a refundable $300 damage deposit.

Year Purchased: 2006
We both grew up in the Atlanta area, but wanted to find a place nearby where we could go to relax. In 2006, we found it. Having visited most areas of the Lake several times, we were concerned about some of the "drive to the store" trips that we'd have to make in some areas. This house is so conveniently located, yet in a very quiet place on the lake. You really can't believe it until you see it. Our family loves getting together here.
Why the Owner Chose Anderson
We love the convenience of this lakeside home. It's so near everything...restaurants, shops, entertainment. There's so much to do at the Lake and around Anderson!
It's also a fantastic "base camp" for those a bit more adventurous. The mountain regions of South Carolina, North Carolina, and Georgia are all close, each offering their own flavor of landscape and local color. Asheville and Biltmore house are a great day trip. You have so many options here!
The Unique Benefits of this House
We're renovating the home and just completed the outdoor fireplace and TV. There's a great place to retreat from the sun behind the beautiful stone and brick columns. The view is fabulous in any season!
There are several waterside restaurants accessible to the boater. Just unlash your boat from the dock on the property and scout out the restaurant of your choice! If you choose to explore by land, try old Anderson, just down Clemson Boulevard 4 miles...there, you'll find quaint shops and restaurants, even a cigar bar for those of that liking.

House is located in a great location for vacationing or Clemson Football!. What you see is what you get, some of the asthetics are out dated, still a great house for renting though. Owners were very helpful in figuring out accomidations and resolving any issues, Would rent again without hesitation.
Owner response:Thanks for the review. We continue to improve finishes, furnishings, and amenities as we go. The house is a large one, so it takes a little time. Just finished the outdoor TV and fireplace, new leather sofas and end tables, and new roof. Next year will see more new items. We're glad that you enjoyed your stay!

Excellent house, everyone enjoyed the house, convenient to lake and town, shopping, restaurants, etc. Very clean and extremely comfortable, large house, easy to do business with, would rent again. Perfect vacation house, beautiful setting. Couldn't get any better!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean, well stocked, and had plenty of room. It was well furnished and exceeded our expectations for ease of living and the comfort of the accommodations. The home is conveniently located yet private, we would recommend to all. There is so much to do in the area.
