Sisters Vacation Rental - Sisters Vacation Real Estate This generous home has it all and it just feels good to be to be here, surrounded by Ponderosa Pines on a quiet cul-de-sac in Tollgate, about 2 miles from Sisters and 5 miles from Black Butte Ranch. We completely remodeled the home 3 years ago and everything is new. The architecture is classic Central Oregon with open beams, high ceilings, lots of skylights and natural light, and the perfect blend of old pine décor and modern finishes. Our home is about 1850 sq ft and has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Upstairs: • Master bedroom with ensuite bathroom: king bed, remote-controlled electric fireplace that gives off some nice heat and ambiance, TV with DVD/VHS, vaulted ceilings with 2 skylights • Loft area • Additional crow’s nest loft Main level: • Living room with vaulted ceilings, 30” HDTV with cable and DVD player, 2 skylights, wood burning stove with firewood provided, cd/radio, • Dining room has a big pine table that seats 10 (an additional card table and 4 chairs are also provided) • Kitchen with stainless steel appliances is exceptionally well equipped with coffee maker, toaster, blender, waffle maker, mixer and plates/flatware/glasses for 16. • Bedroom #2: Queen, vaulted ceilings • Bedroom #3: 2 full beds plus a full sleeper sofa, vaulted ceilings with 2 skylights • Full bathroom with tub • Laundry area with washer/dryer, iron. • 2-car garage with extended shop Note: the couch in the living room is also a queen sleeper sofa Outside: • Large Trex deck with propane BBQ, outdoor table and chairs for 6, and new Tiger River spa All beds have flannels sheets for the winter. Two cordless phones are available for local calls, and we also have DSL high speed internet with a wireless router. There are games for entertainment and a card table with chairs for extra room to play. The community of Tollgate offers a seasonal swimming pool, miles of paved walking and biking trails, as well as basketball and tennis courts & easy access to public land trials! Outdoor activities abound in the Central Oregon Cascades, just a couple of miles to Aspen Lakes Golf Course, 25 minutes to skiing @ Hoodoo Ski Bowl, or 50 minutes to Mt. Bachelor skiing, biking, hiking, mountain lakes all close by. One dog with exceptionally good manners is welcome upon approval and with an additional fee. We ask our doggie guests to: 1) Stay with your owner at all times - dogs are only allowed to be left at the home alone if they are in a crate. 2) Enjoy the home from the floor only (please stay off of beds and couches & all furniture). 3) Dry off and wipe your paws before entering the home. 4) Dispose of all poop in trash cans. 5) Have a great time! Cost to bring Fido along is an additional $10 per day. The home is professionally managed and cleaned after each visit.
