This modern retreat from everyday life is a front row seat to all the action you can handle! Just 5.8 miles (as per map quest) to the strip and 10 minutes from the brand new Red Rock Casino and Spa, Boca Park, Red Rock National Park, top rated golf courses and so much more. There is a three ring binder with map-quested directions to these and other hot spots around town.
This home has been completely remodeled and professionally decorated with the sole purpose of vacation rental and has never been lived in. It was just finished in September 2007 with over $150,000 in furnishings alone! It is located in a custom home neighborhood on a cul-de-sac street. As always when renting a home for your vacation, location is key.
2800 sq ft single story custom home on over 1/3 of an acre. The moment you walk through the front doors, you're greeted by a luxurious open floor plan starting with the living room/great room that is an entertainment paradise. The regulation 8 foot pool table was professionally installed and leveled with a table tennis and air hockey setup. Set back into the bay window are two leather lounges, and additional seating for multiple players. The walls feature original canvas artwork signed by Ralph Burch.
With the beautiful open floor plan, you’re able to enjoy everything the living room has to offer as well. Look over to the living room area and the main feature is the 52" 1080p, HD, Plasma TV that has been professionally color calibrated. Simply stated, the very best picture and color you can achieve on the market today. It’s professionally installed over the fireplace which comes in handy for those few chilly nights here in Vegas. The system also incorporates a Bose Lifestyle 5.1 HD, DVD, Surround Sound and Stereo system mounted in the ceiling. A six piece custom leather and alcantara micro fiber sectional allows you to enjoy all the entertainment in a way that gives new meaning to the words luxury and comfort.
Next, you walk into the open and fully stocked gourmet kitchen and dinette area. It took almost 3 full slabs of granite to cover all kitchen surfaces with back splashes rising to the custom maple cabinets. The cook will love the gas top range and electric oven. Over sized refrigerator with ice maker and dishwasher included. The kitchen comes completely furnished with cookware, serve ware, appliances, etc. Just bring your food! (Directions to the grocery store are provided too!)
The formal dining room, next to the kitchen and across from the pool table, has been converted into a retro themed game room. There is a regulation foosball table professionally set up and leveled. All the artwork playfully hung on the walls are made of tin and represent the earliest of advertising and media from decades before. These will surely inspire memories to share with the whole family. To add to the theme, there is an original label Coca Cola bar table and matching logo stools. The room was finished off with candy machines and a fully functional Nostalgic Popcorn machine that makes fresh buttery popcorn!
At the beginning of the hall to the bedrooms there is a half bath for guests of the main entertainment areas of the house. The Master retreat was designed with an East meets West contemporary Asian inspired décor. Its luxurious and tranquil result contradicts its simple design. The bedding consists of 600 thread count sheets. Opening the over sized armoire reveals a 32" cable TV/DVD player to unwind and relax before bedtime. The Master Bath has his and her sinks, Jacuzzi tub, separate shower, private commode, and large walk in closet. Finally, there is your own private entrance to the backyard which we will find our way to a little later.
Down the hallway there are two closets with more than adequate storage space, another full bath with his and her sinks and separate shower and tub, a laundry room with full size washer and dryer, iron and ironing board.
The second bedroom that has been dubbed “The Red Room”, is a Queen Suite with 600 thread count linens and comforter. It contains a dark cherry wood dresser with matching nightstands accented with designer red lamps and artwork in deep, rich, red colors.
The third bedroom is set up with two full beds in neutral colors and accented with shimmering hues of green and brown. Linens are 400 thread count. It has a large dresser, a nightstand, a suit case rack, and full width closet with mirrored doors.
The fourth bedroom is set up as a second Master Suite with neutral tones and marble accents. 400 thread count linens. It has a California King Bed, two night stands, tall dresser, chaise lounge chair, and a walk in closet.
All bedrooms have Cable TV/DVD players.
There are three doors from the house that lead to the over sized backyard. One from the Master Bedroom, one from the kitchen area, and two French Doors from the living room. Step out from the living room to a covered patio and $10,000 of the most beautiful patio furniture you’ve ever seen. Almost too nice for outside! Sit back, relax and enjoy the views of the large grass area, mature trees, palms, and a spectacular pool with a beautiful rock waterfall and attached spa! There are six reclining pool lounge chairs and two small end tables for pool side tanning. Just when you think it ends, the backyard curves around the patio to a beautiful rock surround gas BBQ island with fridge that is naturally shaded by trees for a comfortable out door dining experience. I have stayed in many single family homes in the Las Vegas area, and this one was by far, the best for the price. The quality of materials and upkeep of the home were excellent. The owner was very helpful and made the whole "rental process" go smoothly and effortlessly. Only 15 minutes to the heart of the strip. I would recommend highly.

I just returned from a business trip to Vegas and stayed 5 days. I have to say it was absolutely fantastic to be able to stay in an upscale neighbourhood and in a finely appointed home. The house was immaculate, the owner was very considerate and easy to deal with. Property was very well kept and it was very easy to get to. It's literally 10 minutes to the strip if that's your thing. I rented a car and found it incredibly easy to get anywhere from there. The home and property itself was probably better than the pictures indicated and I'd recommend it anytime. You could easily sleep 4 kids and two couples. This might be the first time I have come back from Vegas without the "Vegas Hangover" due to constantly eating and being in the hotels. I don't think I would travel there and stay in a hotel again quite frankly.

My Wife and I stayed here for our wedding on 11-12-11. We needed a place that could hold 8 people, be fun, close to the strip and be safe. I had heard so many horror stories about renting homes in Las Vegas that I am so glad I found this amazing property and the great owner. First off, the owner Joe is awesome. Not only was he very responsive to all correspondence, he was very honest and upfront about everything with the house. He uses a very fair contract and I was 100% comfortable the entire time I was dealing him. After our stay, he found a crack in the drywall one of my guests had made. Joe was very understanding and we worked out a fair deal to ensure it was fixed. The owner is the most important thing about any property you rent. If you can't trust them, you're going to probably have a bad time. Joe is awesome and will ensure you have the best time in his home. You will not find a better deal for a house this nice anywherer The property is beautiful. I wish my own home was this clean and organized. You won't need anything if you stay at this property; it literally has everything you could imagine. The living room has a ton of room, plenty of seating and an awesome home stereo system+TV. You can crank your music and entertain your guests without any worry. Pool table, foosball, Popcorn machine....it's like staying in a fun house for adults! Also, each bedroom also has TV, so you can relax and watch TV without disturbing your other guests. The backyard is beautiful. We didn't use the pool, but we did take pictures for our wedding by it. There is a ton of great furniture outside and our guests spent hours just relaxing outside, napping and enjoying the sunshine. We cooked a huge meal on the gas BBQ outside and everyone had a great time. Why spend $400 on dinner at a Hotel when you can get the same at home for $100? We really liked the location too. It's about 10 minutes off the strip, depending on traffic. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this house to anyone. We plan on staying here when travel with friends going forward. Big thanks to Joe for making our wedding weekend even more amazing.

Fantastic house! My fiance and I rented this property for a weekend bachelor/bachelorette party. We knew we wanted to rent a house, as most of our friends were flying in from Chicago, and we were driving in from Los Angeles. Even before we rented the property, Joe was super helpful over the phone (ie: letting us know about weird HOA rentals that make you act all secretive about being in the house. WTF?) Upon arrival, Joe was there to meet us, and showed us everything we needed to know about the house, including the great pool, hot tub, pool table, foosball table, and comfy large couch and gorgeous kitchen. We ended up heating the pool, which Joe didn't even charge us for, since it was super cold that weekend. We probably spent most of our time there. House is about 15 minutes by cab or car to the strip, which made for some fun nights out (Although, the best time everyone had was just drinking and chilling out back by the pool.) HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! PS- After leaving the property, we got a call from Joe saying he found a stain on the floor. We then called around and found out that my tipsy Best Man, had spilled a bit of his margarita on the floor. Joe was so nice, he got the stain out by himself as opposed to charging us anymore money. What a nice guy! Highly recommended and we will be definitely renting this house again on our next large trip to Vegas. Woo hoo!!!

THANKS JOE! What a great place! My wife and I enjoyed a long weekend celebrating our 10th anniversary! Joe's place was absolutely perfect! I had searched and searched for the 'perfect house' and we found it with Joe's place. Joe had suggested some great restaurants and just some great places to check out that you would not know about unless you were familiar with Vegas. Joe exceded our expectations and went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. It is a short drive to the strip, just far enough away to be away from it all but close enough that you can be right in the middle of the action in no time.

Myself and 8 old friends came together in Las Vegas for our annual Fantasy Football draft. We rented out Joe’s place for a long weekend to host the event. The place was perfect - Room for everyone to sleep comfortably along with a large common area and yard for all of our festivities. At one point there were of couple of guys enjoying the pool, a couple of others engaged in a game of billiards, a couple playing foosball, and the rest watching a pre-season game on the big-screen TV. The house is located on a quiet street yet is has plenty of bars and restaurants located near by (the Hash House is the best). All of this and it’s only a short ride to the world famous Las Vegas Strip. “Best draft weekend ever” is all I heard as dropped off the guys at the airport (this was our 14th year). A lot of that had to do with the accommodations. The next time our draft is in Vegas we will again be in this house - Thanks Joe!

The house is great. Roomy, clean and family friendly. Great if you have young kids as each bedroom has a TV with DVD Player. The pool, though small is fantasitc...we were in it every day. Kitchen fully stocked with all the necessary items to make at home meals or make a fantastic BBQ outside. Easy strip access (8 minutes using Flamingo Rd) never much traffic. Easy access to shopping etc.. Park nearby great for kids. Overall this is by far the best place I have stayed in Vegas when you combine location, quality, size etc... Joe is more than accommodating and wants each and every guest to have the best stay possible.
