This home has been completely remodeled and professionally decorated with the sole purpose of vacation rental and has never been lived in. It features over $150,000 in furnishings alone! It is certified hypoallergenic. No Mold, No Pet Dander, and No Smoke. I even run an industrial ionizer in between guests, shock the pool, and go through a specific cleaning process. It is clean, clean, clean! It is located in a custom home neighborhood on a cul-de-sac street. As always when renting a home for your vacation, location is key.

The moment you walk through the front doors, you're greeted by a luxurious open floor plan starting with the living room/great room that is an entertainment paradise. The regulation 8 foot pool table was professionally installed and leveled with a table tennis and air hockey setup. Set back into the bay window are two leather lounges, and additional seating for multiple players. The walls feature original canvas artwork signed by Ralph Burch.
With the beautiful open floor plan, you’re able to enjoy everything the living room has to offer as well. Look over to the living room area and the main feature is the 52' 1080p, HD, Plasma TV that has been professionally color calibrated. Simply stated, the very best picture and color you can achieve on the market today. It’s professionally installed over the fireplace which comes in handy for those few chilly nights here in Vegas. The system also incorporates a Bose Lifestyle 5.1 HD, Surround Sound and Stereo system mounted in the ceiling. A six piece custom leather and alcantara micro fiber sectional allows you to enjoy all the entertainment in a way that gives new meaning to the words luxury and comfort.
Next, you walk into the open and fully stocked gourmet kitchen and dinette area. It took almost 3 full slabs of granite to cover all kitchen surfaces with back splashes rising to the custom cherry colored maple cabinets. The cook will love the gas top range and electric oven. Over sized refrigerator with ice maker and dishwasher included. The kitchen comes completely furnished with cookware, serve ware, appliances, etc. Just bring your food! multiple grocery stores within a mile.
The formal dining room, next to the kitchen and across from the pool table, has been converted into a retro themed game room. There is a regulation foosball table professionally set up and leveled. All the artwork playfully hung on the walls are made of tin and represent the earliest of advertising and media from decades before. These will surely inspire memories to share with the whole family. To add to the theme, there is an original label Coca Cola bar table and matching logo stools. The room was finished off with candy machines and a fully functional Nostalgic Popcorn machine that makes fresh buttery popcorn!
At the beginning of the hall to the bedrooms there is a half bath for guests of the main entertainment areas of the house. The Master retreat was designed with an East meets West contemporary Asian inspired décor. Its luxurious and tranquil result contradicts its simple design. The bedding consists of 600 thread count sheets. Opening the over sized armoire reveals a 32' cable TV/DVD player to unwind and relax before bedtime. The Master Bath has his and her sinks, Jacuzzi tub, separate shower, private commode, and large walk in closet. Finally, there is your own private entrance to the backyard which we will find our way to a little later.
Down the hallway there are two closets with more than adequate storage space, another full bath with his and her sinks and separate shower and tub, a laundry room with full size washer and dryer, iron and ironing board.
The second bedroom that has been dubbed “The Red Room”, is a Queen Suite with 600 thread count linens and comforter. It contains a dark cherry wood dresser with matching nightstands accented with designer red lamps and artwork in deep, rich, red colors.
The third bedroom is set up with two full beds in neutral colors and accented with shimmering hues of green and brown. Linens are 400 thread count. It has a large dresser, a nightstand, a suit case rack, and full width closet with mirrored doors.
The fourth bedroom is set up as a second Master Suite with neutral tones and marble accents. 600 thread count linens. It has a California King Bed, two night stands, tall dresser, chaise lounge chair, and a walk in closet.
All bedrooms have Cable TV/DVD players.
There are three doors from the house that lead to the over sized backyard. One from the Master Bedroom, one from the kitchen area, and two French Doors from the living room. Step out from the living room to a covered patio and $10,000 of the most beautiful patio furniture you’ve ever seen. Almost too nice for outside! Sit back, relax and enjoy the views of the large grass area, mature trees, palms, and a spectacular pool with a beautiful rock waterfall and attached spa! There are six reclining pool lounge chairs and two small end tables for pool side tanning. Just when you think it ends, the backyard curves around the patio to a beautiful rock surround, granite covered, gas BBQ island with fridge that is naturally shaded by trees for a comfortable out door dining experience. This whole area also features a covered patio and is accessible from the kitchen. The backyard is spectacular.
We provide wireless Wi-Fi, and free long distance throughout the continental US and Canada. Maid service is available for extra charge during your stay. We will do everything we can to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. I am the owner, and I personally manage and maintain the property. If there’s anything you need we are just a phone call away.
FINAL NOTE. This home is located in a non HOA governed neighborhood. It is illegal to rent any home for short term rental in Las Vegas, that is located in a HOA. Be sure to speak to each and every person you are looking to rent from. The housing crisis has brough on many scams in the rental market. I regularly get calls from people who got a cheaper home, only to arrive to find the home vacant with a bank owned sticker on it. Or bed bugs, and a very dirty home that doesn't look anything like the pictures. I run everything through a secured merchant account and send receipts for every transaction I do. We recently vacationed in Las Vegas and stayed in this property, It is in a great quiet location and suitable for 2-3 small families vacationing together, we loved it and we got to interact a lot and was way better than staying in a hotel where everyone retires to their own rooms. The backyard is beautifully maintained and tranquil. Its a short enough drive to the strip without being too much of a pain, other places within driving range are the hoover dam, grand canyon skywalk, heli rides and a lot of other family fun places. Only niggle I had was the pool had some leaves and stuff blown over in it and wish it had been vacuumed up.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

My wife and I and our 4 teenagers stayed at this home recently. Everything that was in the listing was as good or better than advertised. Joe is a great owner that does what he says that he is going to do, starting with meeting us at the property on time and walking us through each and every aspect of the property.The home is VERY clean and everything is in very good working condition. Our children had plenty to do, whether it was swimming in the pool, relaxing in the hot tub, playing ping pong or pool, or our favorite activity of playing bball on the court that is very close by at a neighborhood school (tennis courts were also there for those that prefer tennis). For those of you that prefer the strip, it is only about a 10-15 minute drive. In addition, this neighborhood is very safe with all the convienences of home nearby (Wendy's, 7-11,Target, Walmart, etc.). Very fairly priced. I think the best bang for the buck in the Las Vegas area. We would highly recommend this home! Plenty of room for our family of six, at less than the cost of hotel rooms. This home has every comfort, and is absolutely spotless! Spacious rooms and back yard. The kids loved the pool. We entertained friends, and everyone enjoyed the game room, pool table, BBQ, and more. Joe has thought of everything, and he was always a text away--ready to answer any questions. I can't say enough great things about this property and the owner, Joe. Pictures don't do this place justice. For starters, it was extremely clean when we showed up. It felt as though we were the first people to ever step foot in the house. The living room area is huge and connects nicely with the kitchen so you can hang out and watch TV as you cook and/or eat. The pool table is awesome and once again allows you to hang out in the main area while playing pool. The outdoor area is beautiful and includes a great BBQ. All in all the house exceeded expectations in every way possible. Last but not least, Joe, the property owner is unbelievably nice and accommodating. Most importantly he was ALWAYS available to answer questions. He had a great attitude, and made us feel at home upon arriving. He was a pleasure to work with through and through. All in all I can't recommend this property enough. Overall summary - great property, close to quick eats and about 5 miles to strip and 15 minutes to Red Rock; would definitely stay here again. Longer summary - the owner was always available and made sure that we had a terrific stay. We enjoyed the property and the house and the amenities a great deal. The owner gave us a great tip in where to park near the strip to see the New Year's Eve fireworks (Fashion Show Mall Parking garage, top floor; right across from Treasure Island which was one of the locations that fireworks were shot from. We were on the go so much with Red Rock, Hoover Dam, Grand Canyon and a couple of nights heading to the strip that we basically only slept at the house but it was very comfortable and well-maintained for our family of five. The property is accurately depicted in the description and the accompanying photos. I would recommend this property to friends and family.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, families with teenagers.

My family rented this home for a Christmas reunion for relatives coming from MN, and it couldn't have been better .... The home's open floor plan was perfect so all 9 adults and one toddler could visit and have fun together without being crowded. Everyone enjoyed playing pool, air hockey and foosball and the popcorn machine worked great ! The home is well taken care of, very neat and clean with upscale furnishings which made us feel very comfortable and relaxed. Everything from the appliances to the bedding and towels were top notch. The location is perfect - not far from the strip and located in a very safe nice neighborhood close to shopping. We plan on coming back again during a warmer time of year to take advantage of the great backyard and pool area ! The owner was very responsive, honest and easy to work with. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our time playing pool, swimming, cooking, and walking down to the park. We especially enjoyed the open floorplan and abundunce of natural light from the multitude of windows. The popcorn machine was awesome and can't wait to go back and use the outdoor kitchen. This property met each of our needs: a safe neighborhood for the children, fun games for the boys, and a beautiful kitchen that allowed us to prepare any meal we wished. We absolutly would stay at this property again!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

We had booked hotel rooms for our group of 9 over a long weekend but it was expensive. Renting a house appealed to us but we were hesistant with the process, and because of the unknowns (ie not knowing the owner or if the house would be as described). After reading the reviews, we chose to contact Joe and we are very glad we did. He did a great job of making us feel comfortable, kept in touch and was very responsive. We would highly recommend renting his house. It had everything we needed, from the well stocked kitchen to the nice supply of pool towels. There was plenty of room for us all to sleep on comfortable beds. We really enjoyed the use of the pool, outdoor furniture, indoor games and popcorn maker. The neighborhood and backyard were very quiet and well kept. We even met a couple of his nice neighbors when we pulled into the driveway. Although Joe usually welcomes guests to his house with a personal tour, he was out of town during our stay. We called him when we arrived and he gave us a tour over the phone. We went room to room and he pointed out all the amenities and even how to operate the TV. It was just like he was there and it was very helpful. When we checked out, we had forgotten our daughter's ice packs for her knees in the freezer. I contacted Joe later that day and he promptly mailed them to us. Thanks Joe ! There were five adults and two children in our family that stayed at this property for a week. All I can say is...if you are looking for the best (four bedroom with a pool) rental in Las Vegas - look no further. I does not get any better than this for the price and Joe is easy to deal with. Three houses away from a cul de sac, and at the other end of the block, there's a nice big park where you can take the little ones and wear them out instead of the other way around!
