Being employed for many years in the international accommodation industry, I have been afforded the opportunity to experience many rental properties. The things that one looks for in a rental were certainly found here. First and foremost, the owner is honest and reliable, quick and efficient with communications and transactions, genuine and a pleasure to deal with. Secondly, the home is immaculately maintained - clean from top to bottom inside, with a perfectly groomed backyard area. We have stayed at very high end properties on the strip in the past (Trump, Bellagio, THEhotel, etc) and will not be doing so again, if this owner has vacancy. The short drive to the strip is minimal and worth it when you consider that it also means a short drive back mid-day to a completely private backyard pool area, awesome sound system, lounge chairs for sunning and relaxing, etc! The beds were comfortable, even having a choice of firm or hard mattress, depending on the bedroom choice and the kitchen has everything you would need. We loved the pool table, foosball, air hockey but I think the biggest hit in the games area was the popcorn machine!! I would rank this home a 5 star in both property quality and amenities, and location. I would give the owner 5 stars as well.

I have stayed in many single family homes in the Las Vegas area, and this one was by far, the best for the price. The quality of materials and upkeep of the home were excellent. The owner was very helpful and made the whole "rental process" go smoothly and effortlessly. Only 15 minutes to the heart of the strip. I would recommend highly.

I just returned from a business trip to Vegas and stayed 5 days. I have to say it was absolutely fantastic to be able to stay in an upscale neighbourhood and in a finely appointed home. The house was immaculate, the owner was very considerate and easy to deal with. Property was very well kept and it was very easy to get to. It's literally 10 minutes to the strip if that's your thing. I rented a car and found it incredibly easy to get anywhere from there. The home and property itself was probably better than the pictures indicated and I'd recommend it anytime. You could easily sleep 4 kids and two couples. This might be the first time I have come back from Vegas without the "Vegas Hangover" due to constantly eating and being in the hotels. I don't think I would travel there and stay in a hotel again quite frankly.

My Wife and I stayed here for our wedding on 11-12-11. We needed a place that could hold 8 people, be fun, close to the strip and be safe. I had heard so many horror stories about renting homes in Las Vegas that I am so glad I found this amazing property and the great owner. First off, the owner Joe is awesome. Not only was he very responsive to all correspondence, he was very honest and upfront about everything with the house. He uses a very fair contract and I was 100% comfortable the entire time I was dealing him. After our stay, he found a crack in the drywall one of my guests had made. Joe was very understanding and we worked out a fair deal to ensure it was fixed. The owner is the most important thing about any property you rent. If you can't trust them, you're going to probably have a bad time. Joe is awesome and will ensure you have the best time in his home. You will not find a better deal for a house this nice anywherer The property is beautiful. I wish my own home was this clean and organized. You won't need anything if you stay at this property; it literally has everything you could imagine. The living room has a ton of room, plenty of seating and an awesome home stereo system+TV. You can crank your music and entertain your guests without any worry. Pool table, foosball, Popcorn machine....it's like staying in a fun house for adults! Also, each bedroom also has TV, so you can relax and watch TV without disturbing your other guests. The backyard is beautiful. We didn't use the pool, but we did take pictures for our wedding by it. There is a ton of great furniture outside and our guests spent hours just relaxing outside, napping and enjoying the sunshine. We cooked a huge meal on the gas BBQ outside and everyone had a great time. Why spend $400 on dinner at a Hotel when you can get the same at home for $100? We really liked the location too. It's about 10 minutes off the strip, depending on traffic. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this house to anyone. We plan on staying here when travel with friends going forward. Big thanks to Joe for making our wedding weekend even more amazing.

Fantastic house! My fiance and I rented this property for a weekend bachelor/bachelorette party. We knew we wanted to rent a house, as most of our friends were flying in from Chicago, and we were driving in from Los Angeles. Even before we rented the property, Joe was super helpful over the phone (ie: letting us know about weird HOA rentals that make you act all secretive about being in the house. WTF?) Upon arrival, Joe was there to meet us, and showed us everything we needed to know about the house, including the great pool, hot tub, pool table, foosball table, and comfy large couch and gorgeous kitchen. We ended up heating the pool, which Joe didn't even charge us for, since it was super cold that weekend. We probably spent most of our time there. House is about 15 minutes by cab or car to the strip, which made for some fun nights out (Although, the best time everyone had was just drinking and chilling out back by the pool.) HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! PS- After leaving the property, we got a call from Joe saying he found a stain on the floor. We then called around and found out that my tipsy Best Man, had spilled a bit of his margarita on the floor. Joe was so nice, he got the stain out by himself as opposed to charging us anymore money. What a nice guy! Highly recommended and we will be definitely renting this house again on our next large trip to Vegas. Woo hoo!!!

THANKS JOE! What a great place! My wife and I enjoyed a long weekend celebrating our 10th anniversary! Joe's place was absolutely perfect! I had searched and searched for the 'perfect house' and we found it with Joe's place. Joe had suggested some great restaurants and just some great places to check out that you would not know about unless you were familiar with Vegas. Joe exceded our expectations and went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. It is a short drive to the strip, just far enough away to be away from it all but close enough that you can be right in the middle of the action in no time.

What a weekend!

Myself and 8 old friends came together in Las Vegas for our annual Fantasy Football draft. We rented out Joe’s place for a long weekend to host the event. The place was perfect - Room for everyone to sleep comfortably along with a large common area and yard for all of our festivities. At one point there were of couple of guys enjoying the pool, a couple of others engaged in a game of billiards, a couple playing foosball, and the rest watching a pre-season game on the big-screen TV. The house is located on a quiet street yet is has plenty of bars and restaurants located near by (the Hash House is the best). All of this and it’s only a short ride to the world famous Las Vegas Strip. “Best draft weekend ever” is all I heard as dropped off the guys at the airport (this was our 14th year). A lot of that had to do with the accommodations. The next time our draft is in Vegas we will again be in this house - Thanks Joe!

Fantastic Family Getaway with easy Strip access

The house is great. Roomy, clean and family friendly. Great if you have young kids as each bedroom has a TV with DVD Player. The pool, though small is fantasitc...we were in it every day. Kitchen fully stocked with all the necessary items to make at home meals or make a fantastic BBQ outside. Easy strip access (8 minutes using Flamingo Rd) never much traffic. Easy access to shopping etc.. Park nearby great for kids. Overall this is by far the best place I have stayed in Vegas when you combine location, quality, size etc... Joe is more than accommodating and wants each and every guest to have the best stay possible.

My husband, two teenagers and I just returned from spending a week in Las Vegas at this wonderful home. It is everything it is described to be. The street is quiet but conveniently located with easy access anywhere you want to be in Vegas. The home is exceptionally clean and well stocked. We especially enjoyed using the BBQ and pool table. Joe was incredibly accomodating, easy to work with and always available. This home would be a great place for your next Vegas vacation!

Very clean. Great layout!!! We rented the house for a week and could not be happier. We travel to Vegas a few times a year for work and usually stay near the convention center. It took only 10-15 minutes to get to the convention center or the strip. Great location. We will definitely stay there again. Joe was a great to deal with and very helpful.

Great Vacation Rental Property!!!!

This property turned out to be perfect for what we wanted for our Las Vegas family vacation. It certainly lives up to the photos and description. Located on a quite street, yet only 15 minutes to the strip, the house is roomy, comfortable, and clean. The kids loved the pool table and foosball table, along with the popcorn maker. The big screen in the den is great and a TV in every bedroom gives everyone the opportunity to retreat to their own space. The back yard with pool/spa and patio are great, though in mid-March it was still a bit early for swimming it was enjoyed as nice back drop to our morning coffee. To go along with all this, you get a great host in Joe the property owner. Joe turned us onto some great places to eat, places to go, and where to gather up essentials like groceries. All in all, Joe has a great house for all of your family vacation needs and we highly recommend you choose this property when in Vegas -- we shall return!

Spacious house for two families

Just got back from a week in this house, it was just what we needed. Lots of space to accommodate two families with babies, and everything just as Joe has described it. We were greeted at the house, given a quick tour by Joe, and proceeded to make it our own. It was a very comfortable place to stay with very easy access to the strip, all the shopping, gorgeous Redrock canyon, and everything else Vegas has to offer. The house has everything we needed, towels, toys, fully equipped kitchen, wonderful backyard, and anything else we could think of. Joe was very friendly and always available if we needed him. We would definitely rent this home again.

This house is exactly as described: spacious, luxurious, well equipped and ideally situated. We had a great stay there and highly recommend this property for anyone visiting the area. Joe was very accommodating (showing us around the property at check in), easy to work with (during the booking process and after the stay) and helpful (answering any questions and showing us local restaurants). The kitchen is very big and open and was well stocked. The living room couch was super comfy... everything was great... we LOVED the fussball table! and the hot tub. the pool table was a lot of fun as well (it was like new)... oh: and the washer/ dryer room was great: very modern appliances and Joe even had detergent available for us to use... We really can't think of anything negative to say about this property. It's in a quiet neighborhood with lots of parking in the driveway or on the street. Yet, it's not far from the strip and you can actually see the stratosphere tower off to the right when you step out the front door. We would absolutely stay here again for a future visit - it's a wonderful house, managed by a great owner. THANK YOU JOE!!!

Even if you don't win big at the casinos, you'll feel like you've won big with this rental property. The above description Joe provides is very accurate. He is a great guy and very helpful and attentive to your needs during your stay. The house is very comfortable, clean and has a great location. It is close to the strip and downtown while also being close to hiking in Red Rock Canyon or playing a round of golf at a world class course. I highly recommend Badlands golf course, designed by Johnny Miller and Chi Chi Rodriguez. The scenery is amazing and best of all, its only 10 minutes away! For all of your shopping needs, the Vegas Premium outlets are also about 15 minutes away from this house as well. But the best part is you don't have to even leave the house to have a great time. Between the beautiful pool, foosball table, pool table, outdoor BBQ and big screen TV you and your family will be fully entertained. You will be very pleased you chose this property for your vacation!

The owner Joe is very friendly and his house is very quiet and clean;The furniture is amazing(pool, kicker and swimming pool...).Near to the casinos (15' by the car) and the Pole Position (if you like the kart) and near to an Albertson's where you can find everything that you want eat. C'est une villa très agréable tant pour le calme, la propreté que pour son billard, son kicker et sa piscine. située à 15' des casinos où vous pouvez aller gratuitement vous garer et près d'un Pole position où les amateurs de karting seront comblés.Le propriétaire, Joe, est très sympa et vous donnera tous les renseignements que vous désirez. We just returned from a week long stay at Joe's O'Bannon house with our two kids. The house is everything described on the website and more. We had plenty of space for our family of four and a visit from the in-laws. We all enjoyed the pool, and the outdoor space is very relaxing. The house was beautiful and very clean. Joe is super approachable and answered our emails and calls very quickly. We would recommend this house to anyone who is looking for a reliable owner to work with and a beautiful house to stay at.

My family recently enjoyed the house for a multi-generational graduation celebration. We met the owner who showed us the house and set us up for our best long weekend ever. The kitchen was really well equipped and functioned as the heart of our enjoyable stay. Clean and well maintained we would stay here again and we would recommend it to family and friends.The photos were a great depiction of the house and told us just what we needed to know. After two very bad experiences renting houses in Vegas, I found Joe. This Sept. will be the fourth time I have rented the house on O'Bannon Dr. Everything Joe tells you, he does. The house is very clean, very well equipped, and in a nice quiet, convenient neighborhood. In addition, it IS as beautiful as the pictures show. I spend two weeks a year on business in Vegas and intend to always stay here. You will love it!

My sister, brother-in-law, wife, and I stayed at this house from 1/22/2010 through 1/29/2010. The 4 of us had plenty of room and commented how we could have had 4 more people stay very comfortably with us. The house was gorgeous as advertised! Joe has thought of just about everything a group might need from entertainment to spices to condiments to filtered water. He even had great advice on Vegas - places to eat and things to do. Everything was beyond clean. Next time you're in Vegas this is the place to stay. Joe is a great guy and is very easy to work with. We'll be back no doubt! I can't wait for my next trip!

Beautiful! This is the type of house you can just hang out in all day. We got our entire family together, loaded up the fridge and pantry for a few days, and just kicked back. Gorgeous.

We rented the house over Thanksgiving vacation break with another family. We both have younger children and we wanted to stay off the strip. What can I say--it was perfection! The layout of the house is nice, spacious, and safe for the kids. The house is close to the strip (about 10 minute drive) so we could take the kids to strip but bring them back to the house to rest. There was a nice park right up the street and an amazing local holiday attraction minutes from the house. Joe was also great--met us at the house for a tour and pointed out everything that we needed. It was an excellent stay!
