Your cabin at Graeagle-24 Mohave Trail - Graeagle, California Rental Our two story, three bedroom, two bath mountain cabin is centrally located in the village of GRAEAGLE. It is close to GOLF, (Graeagle Meadows Golf Course, Plumas Pines Golf Course, Whitehawk Ranch Golf Course),tennis, fishing, swimming, shops, restaurants, and the Feather River. We are minutes from beautiful LAKES BASIN with miles of hiking/biking trails, lakes, beautiful mountains and mountain views. Within Lakes Basin is Gold Lake, a great place to fish, swim, and boat. In Plumas-Eureka State Park, located just minutes from Graeagle, is Johnsville, an old mining town. They have a great Historical Museum and a restored blacksmith shop, stamp mill and other old mining buildings. Located in Graeagle, a three minutes drive from the cabin, are a grocery store, gas station, restaurant, shops, ATM, and the MILL POND. It is the center of activity most of the time. It is a fun place to swim, paddle boat or just lounge in the sun. In the town of Blairsden, a few more minutes from the cabin, are a great bakery, two more restaurants and several other businesses. The practical amenities of our cabin include a fully equipped kitchen, free local calling, full entertainment electronics, bed and bath linens and a washer/dryer. The well equipped kitchen includes small appliances, microwave, dishwasher and other typical appliances and utensils. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, double dresser and night stands with lamps. There is a clothes closet and the master bath with tub/shower is just off the master bedroom. Two more bedrooms and a bathroom are located upstairs. One bedroom has two twin beds, a clothes closet, and built-in drawers. The third bedroom has a trundle bed that sleeps two. There is an additional clothes closet in the hall just outside this bedroom. The cabin has a carpeted deck with table and chairs, umbrella, and a gas BBQ. Our cabin is NON-SMOKING; NO PETS ALLOWED. Check-in is time is 3PM Check-out time is 11AM WE HAVE A SEVEN(7) NIGHT MINIMUM-ONE WEEK WE ACCEPT PAYMENT THROUGH PAYPAL.

May 01-Oct 31, 2008 .. $150/night .. $980/week .. $3450/month.
Additional Fees: A $100 Cleaning Fee, a $250 Refundable security deposit.
A Reservation Deposit of 20% with a minimum of $250 is required to confirm. It is
non-refundable 90 days prior to check-in. The balance is due and non-refundable
60 days prior to check-in. There is a $50 cancellation fee.
If there are over four guests, there is an additional $15 per guest per night
charge.A maximum of six is allowed. Plumas County Room Tax 9%.
All fees are payable in US currancy. THERE IS A SEVEN(7) NIGHT MINIMUM.(ONE WEEK)
