This is a wonderful spot! I have stayed in three other locations in this area including La Joya and nothing compares. The condo is nicley updated and has everything you need. The owners are VERY hospitable and kind leaving you with a great vacation location. Edwin at the front gate is the friendliest fellow who helped us daily with cabs etc. My recommendation is book early! Do not miss out on this one. The pool arreas are great and with three on the deck, you never have to go far to cool off. The ocean is beautiful at Costa Azlu beach and Zippers is a must just 5 mins down the beach. Having an elevator was a real plus. Thank you Martha!

We so enjoyed our week long stay here. Unlike so many other properties along the coridor, this one is very modern, extremely well maintained, and quite. Most of the time it felt like we were the only ones here although that certainly was not the case. The unit affords an unbelievable view of the ocean and provides a calm and uncrowded beach. The unit is very well furnished and comfortable. I would highly recommend for any couples looking for a high quality, quite and relaxing time.

Quiet,facing ocean,180 degree views,everything worked,clean....my wife complained that the pounding ocean was too loud,so she shut the doors and I slept outside on the day bed the first night....but that changed...we shopped at Mega,about a 5 minute drive,ate at local places,read and simply relaxed...we walked to Zippers for various meals and enjoyed Hangmans(probably not the correct name) and Guacamayas(not correct spelling probably)...there is a Starbucks next to Mega....street signs are not easy to locate in San Jose or Cabo,but we took our time and found everything....

Know how sometimes you rent a place because the pics look so wonderful..and you get there and say HUH? Is THIS the same place and are disappointed? NO WAY is that true here! This place is just as amazing as the pics and MORE! The furnishings are all upscale and you can tell it was decorated with care! The balcony is amazing looking out at the ocean just steps away from the beach..pretty heavy rip tide so not good swimming but there are two amazing pools..one heated and the other cool temp if you want swimming. The units are so quiet..no wild parties to contend with like many condos! You can sit and read,relax,BBQ and watch the sunrise--amazing! If you want to stock uo there is the Mega..many say it is walkable but not really as it is prob almost a mile and not sidwalks the whole way and the highway looks treacherous! But a local bus to there ks only $1 and a cab ride back is $5.00 with your groceries. San Jose is only a $5.00 cab ride and fun to walk around and shop. We did not eat out much-preferred to eat snacks and BBQ. We ventured out twice to eat..both times to GUACAMAYAS..off the beaten track local place..fantastic little local place..try to Stone Bowls..alot of food but sooo good.. I hope to return again to this wonderful place next year and years after for my birthday get away. Try it..you will LOVE it!

This place allowed the two of us to relax like never before. Crashing waves just outside the bedroom lulled us to sleep and woke us to breathtaking sunrises. The warm weather, long walks on the beach and mellow atmosphere -- even our beloved Giants games on TV made for a wonderful vacation for us. We didn't do much in the way of commercial activities but everything we needed in terms of the quick beach access, pool, and the comfortably appointed condo made for the perfect vacation. I can't say enough nice things about the location, the incredibly expansive and beautiful deck and friendly owners.

Just returned from a too short visit. The condo which is immaculate, has everything you would want or need and then some. The view from the enormous balcony was amazing. The crashing of the waves, fantastic blue skiies, nice breezes, and we saw two whales one morning. The moon rising from the sea was spectacular. What's not to like!! We ate all our meals on the balcony. We took long walks on the never ending beach. Easy bus ride to town or the Mega Store (20 minute walk). Condo grounds and pool were very well maintaned. The staff were friendly and helpful. Would recommend this condo to anyone. (hope to return)

We have been here for two wonderful weeks. We love the condo. The view is breathtaking. It is so comfortable here we felt right at home. January 2011 we stayed a month in this condo, it was absolutely perfect. The condo was clean, in perfect condition and very well supplied with everything you needed. The view was the best. We spent hours on the large balcony, in fact we ate all our meals outside. What a perfect location, we could walk the beach to town or the sidewalk. It was also very simple to walk out and catch the bus so we did not have to rent a car and that was great. This is a very beautiful place, I don't know of anything more you could want. I spent my 50th birthday at the Spicer's wonderful place with my beautiful wife. It doesn't get any better than that. We had everything and more we needed. As everyone else reports we can now confirm that the pictures do not do the condo justice. This is a fantastic condo at a wonderful out of the tourist spot. We loved it! It comes highly recommended by us.

This condo was the perfect place to truly relax. we toured a couple resorts and were so thankful we were staying where we were! the pictures are true to life, the views spectacular. My personal favorite thing was listening to the waves all day, all night. Having the internet hook up was a big plus. we never tried the majic jack, but im sure that is cool too. Our favorite dinners were going to the grocery store ($5 cab ride, or 20 min walk) and making fresh guac, chips, etc. yummy. Would love to go back to Martha and Jeff's condo someday, it is a dream. (totally clean too, and maint and manager folks all very nice and helpful)

We spent 4 nights at this beautiful and peaceful condo!! The condo and the beach is really as beautiful as the pictures. Sunrise and sunset on the balcony were incredibly romantic! Coffee with the one you love as the sun rises on this beautiful balcony - life is good! Dinner at the Sunset Mona Lisa - also incredible views. Jazz/Wine sunset cruise of the Arch on Tropicat catamaran - great! The Spicers were easy to work with and helpful in every way. Thanks for a wonderful trip!

Wow, what a spectacular condo! We were lucky enough to spend 14 wonderful days. Everything you could possibly want and more as far as amenities is provided. It is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The view is fantastic! Morning coffe and Mantas jumping is something we won't forget! My husband loved standing on the balcony checking out the surf at Zippers every day! If you can tear yourself away from your own personal paradise,you can rent a board down the beach or drive to Cabo Surf Hotel and rent a board there.Try surfing for a couple of hours, have a great lunch at The Seven Seas and then go back home and take a nice siesta on the balcony as the waves lull you to sleep.Heaven!We also went scuba diving with Manta Divers(expensive but great) - try their Cabo Pulmo trip - you get a great overview of the area from the sea. Lots of fun places to eat in San Jose(more laid back than Cabo), but cooking out on the grill and having dinner on the balcony is the best!Martha and Jeff, thanks for making a wonderful home away from home.We loved every minute!Can't wait until our next visit!

We loved our stay here. The condo has everything you could want and is immaculate. We really loved the balcony and saw whales while watching breakfast almost everyday we were there. The beach is beautiful and it is fun to watch the surfers. The Mykonos complex is well run and the pools are lovely. I used the gym each day which is great and also took advantage of the tennis. I would recommend this condo highly. We had a great time and hope to go back.

We have rented many Condos through VBRO in Mexico, Palm Springs, Maui, & Big White, B.C. Canada. This one gets a full 10 out of 10. The resort is beautiful. Your Condo has absolutely everything we needed and beautifully decorated. The balcony makes it one of a kind. We golfed at Puerto Los Cabos & Club Campestre San Jose both great courses with driving range, beverages, & snacks all included. Take your camera. We had fabulous week here at Mykonos 304C! This condo is absolutely the best! The balcony is such a wonderful place to relax any time of the day or night, and the condo is decorated so beautifully and comfortably. I don't think there's a better location in the complex... although the beach and the pools are pretty nice too! We spent our last night in Cabo at the award-winning Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach and kept saying to each other how we'd so much rather be back at "our Mykonos condo" near San Jose. We also appreciated Jeff & Martha's advice on places to eat and things to do, especially whale watching on the Rissalena which was great! We are already missing the incredible view from the balcony and the sound of the waves. We definitely hope to return!

WE DO NOT RECOMMEND THAT YOU USE THIS CONDO – that way it will more likely be available the next time we want to use it. We were in Cabo for 10 days celebrating a special 30th anniversary. We had a great trip and the best part was the Spicer condo. It is very clean, ideally located, well decorated, well maintained and the Spicer’s were good to work with. We enjoyed watching the whales from the balcony and socializing with others at the uncrowded pool area. The pictures of the condo demonstrate its magnificence and there were no disappointments (except for the fact that we had to leave). If you have any intention of renting Jeff and Martha Cabo home, please take the time to read all of the previous comments and you will understand why we were in PARADISE for a month. The Spicers condo at Myconos was spectacular. It felt just like home so comfy and inviting. We loved sitting on the porch and watching the sun rise and set while the waves were crashing on shore. This was a very interesting "experiment" for us as we celebrated our 17th wedding anniversary in San Jose del Cabo. We normally stay at the highly rated Hilton Cabo San Lucas as I am Diamond with Hilton and get all of the perks, which can be pretty nice. So, for us not to stay at a Hilton property, well, there is usually really good reason. We thought we would try a new experience this time in Cabo (San Jose actually) so we wanted to try a private condo. By sheer luck, I found Martha & Jeff's condo at Mykonos. We have passed Mykono's many times before because it is only about a mile away from the Hilton, toward the big grocery store called MEGA. We stayed 11 days and wish we would have stayed at least another 4 or 5 nights. The condo was so peaceful. We have had some amazing accomodations in our travels, but this was the closest to the water than we have ever been. I already miss my runs on the beach every morning and the sounds of the crashing waves. They say that in Mexico, the internet service is "spotty." Well, if that is the case, we never experienced it. It was up and running 100% of the time. The washer and dryer worked really good (full size even though it is stackable) and I loved having the half bath in addition to the full bath because I get up so much earlier than my husband. The condo is beautifully decorated with just about everything you can think of to drink/cook/serve with and we can't wait to return. You can tell the difference between a condo where the owner's have no intention of staying and a condo where the owner's spend some of their vacation. This is definitely the latter and it shows. There are many private condos in this area for rent. But what is unique about Mykonos is that there are only 3 complexes...A/B/C. Our guess is that there are probably 45-50 condos in all. The difference between having 3 buildings and 12+, is that you lose that intimate feeling and privacy that you wouldn't experience if it was one of those huge complexes (i.e., La Jolla---nice, but HUGE). You certainly lose the privacy when you are on your balcony in those condos-some of them are situated to look like a fish bowl! Yikes! Parking was about the easiest I've ever seen...security was great and every morning there were about 6-8 men/women going over every inch of the pool area/grounds to keep it in tip-top shape. Every single staff member, whether it was security or a groundkeeper was extremely courtest and professional 24/7.

Do not hesitate to rent this condo - it will far exceed any of your expectations. We loved the 45 ft. outside deck - the view of the ocean and beach were the best! We have been visiting San Jose del Cabo for more than 20 years. Martha and Jeff's condo is like staying at the best luxury resort. The best part is the way that the Spicer's open their house to you, and make you feel like honored guests. The decor, view and ammenities are lovely. I would recommend this unit to anyone without reservation. The surf, fishing and water temperature were superb. We will be back.

This place was incredible. I haven't stopped talking about our accommodations in Cabo since we returned to the US. While most ocean front lodging is laid out perpendicular to the ocean - with only ocean windows on one end - This place is different. Both your bedroom and living room + kitchen enjoy big views. I don't know why anyone would want to go 'all inclusive' in Cabo. People were paying $300-500/night at inferior places....while we paid significantly less and had the pools to ourselves!! Mykonos was awesome - this unit was awesome - and the price was awesome. Very well decorated, all the amenities you need and want. If you want to get away from it all - but still be close to good food - Stay here.

My wife and I just spent 5 days at the condo for our honeymoon. The condo is great, very clean, lots of amenities, and really comfortable. The resort is great as well. Really quiet, and well kept. The pools are nice, and you are close to great restaurants, and some of the best surf Cabo has to offer. The porch is great. Worth waking up at 7am to watch the sun rise. Beautiful. We will be back.

We just returned from our two week trip and definitely want to come back to this fabulous condo. This condominium is most excellent! It is gorgeous, very clean, well appointed and maintained as if the owners lived there all year. The attention to detail was especially welcomed, such as towels, soaps, cooler, barbecue, etc. The view from their very large balcony is the best on the entire beach. The condominium complex is also beautiful and very well maintained. Jeff and Martha are exceptionally thoughtful and helpful owners. We will return!

We absolutely loved our vacation at the Spicers' condo! Not only is it beautifully decorated, but they really did think of every little detail to make the place feel like home. We enjoyed sleeping and waking up to the waves crashing on the beach. There's nothing like having your first cup of coffee on the veranda. It's in the quieter San Jose del Cabo, which we much preferred to the oft-gaudy Cabo San Lucas and there are great restaurants in the area. We particularly loved Cinthia's Fresh (an organic restaurant just a 2-minute drive away) and Guacamayas (the Spicer's recommendation!). Jeff and Martha were a pleasure to deal with, always quick to respond. We will definately recommend their condo to our friends/family and if we should ever return to Cabo again.

My husband and I recently stayed at the Spicer's condo for the first week of our honeymoon. They both were incredibly friendly, provided any information we may need, and answered all questions quickly. The condo itself is gorgeous and the views just don't get any better (especially from the massive balcony). Stayed a week at the Spicer's condo. We stayed from the 13th to the 20th of June. The only complaint we have is we didn't stay long enough. We have stayed in others area in Mexico, Ixtapa, Cancun, but the Cabo area is the best. The condo is great, Mykonos is a well kept resort. We rented a car which I would recommend. If you want the party scene don't book this condo it is a slow, casual paced atmosphere. Martha and Jeff are upfront about things and we had no problems. Email us if you have any questions.

The Spicer's condo is great just read all the comments they are accurate. We rented in early June and had the complex to ourselves. The few people that were there were great to talk to. The pools and grounds are nice and the condo is top notch. If you are looking in that area book this one. Mykonos is a slow pace if you are looking for the party scene go into Cabo. Breathtaking! If you're looking for an absolutely beautiful, private, well appointed condo with all modern ammenities,complete with a stunning oceanfront view, clean white sandy beach, exquisite sunrises, away from touristy crowds, than look no further. We stayed for 5 glorious days and wished for more. It's a perfect respite for two. The Mykonos complex is tranquil with two beautiful pools and a friendly unobtrusive staff. The location cannot be beat an easy 15-20 min drive from the airport. Easy access to well stocked supermarket aptly named Mega. Fabulous restaurants within minutes in San Jose del Cabo. Dealing with both Martha and Jeff was stress free and they were friendly and responsive on all requests and inquiries. You will not be disappointed. We will return again.

We stayed two weeks in the condo and found it to be just like a second home. Everything you need is already there. The accomodations were great, the view spectular and the location is extremely convenient. Only about 1/3 of the units were occupied while we were there so the gym was very accessible and the pools were not heavily populated so people did not habve to wrestle for space. Wow! What a fabulous condo! The condo is so beautiful and comfortable, it made it so easy to hang out and relax! We used the balcony, day bed, and grill a lot. The pool area was also really nice, clean, and quiet. Martha and Jeff were great to offer suggestions for restaurants, fishing charters, and other favorite spots. We loved that we could use the computer to transfer our pictures from the camera to CD so we didn't have to carry extra memory cards. One late afternoon we had a fantastic display of rays jumping and playing in the waves just off the beach. The only thing we wished we had brought binoculars because there was a lot to see out in the ocean. There's a new marina in San Jose which we were very impressed with. We only wish we found it earlier because there were great beaches that looked awesome for snorkeling and swimming. We loved the condo and would definitely stay there again!

Staying at Martha and Jeff's condo is like staying at your best friend's home. You immediately feel comfortable. They have thought of everything you could possibly need or want to have a fantastic stay. Not only is the condo top-notch, but the complex as well. The grounds are well-tended and quiet. We pretty much had the pool to ourselves. Everything is first class! Martha's recommendation of eating at Guacamayas was a great one. Not only was the food good, but the atmosphere is authentic and fun. It is a must. Martha also recommended snorkeling at Chilleno and Santa Maria beaches. We enjoyed our days there...again, quiet and beautiful. Martha and Jeff are also super people to work with. They are responsive, friendly and down-to-earth. A big THANK YOU to them both for opening up their home to us for a truly relaxing vacation.

If you are reading this message I would immediately email Martha and Jeff to stay at their condo. IT IS THE BEST! It is CLEAN, 100% ocean view from every room, HUGE balcony, BEAUTIFUL bedroom and bathroom...need I say more? We actually stayed in many nights and cooked dinner because the place was that amazing. They have everything you need to feel right at home. The pool is gorgeous and the people are great! We will be back ASAP! Also, Martha and Jeff are down to earth and awesome to work with! After a week of being home, my wife and I still dream of our amazing week in Cabo at the Spicer's beautiful condo. As all have commented, the unit is decorated exquisitely and feels like home. All amenities are available in the unit and the Mykonos complex offers beautiful pools, tennis, and work out facilities. I would highly recommend your Cabo stay at Mykonos at the Spicer’s Condo. We enjoyed the quiet poolside, surfing at Zippers just a block down the beach, frequent visits to the Mega grocery store a half mile away for fresh bread, a festival in downtown San Jose Del Cabo, and snorkeling and climbing at the Santa Maria and Chileno beaches. Sunrise each morning from bed was also fantastic. We spent a lot of time just reading on the balcony. We were really surprised how peaceful the whole complex was; truly refreshing. You won’t be disappointed if you stay here.

Olla Martha & Jeff Thank you so much for sharing your stunning home with us we couldn't be happier. If you are considering booking with Martha & Jeff do not hesitate, just book right away, you will not be disappointed! This was our 5th time to Cabos and over the years we have stayed in very high end resorts, however we enjoyed Martha & Jeffs condo the most. This condo is a home, it is NOT a standard rental with rental quality furnishings and supplies. It is exquisitely decorated, all dishes, pots, pans, glassware & linens are top quality. Not a detail has been missed, including high speed internet. Since this was a surprise 60th birthday for my husband, friends joined us for our second week and also stayed at Mykanos. We were able to see other condos in the complex and compare. Needless to say, there was no comparison, this unit is TOP DRAWER!! Mykanos is a fabulous, beautiful, immaculate, safe, secure quiet piece of heaven. No loud partying, no children and a view to die for...what more could you ask for? Great golf, the guys caught 32 yellow fin tuna and the whales performed daily. There is no blue like a Cabos sky and everyday is the same..85 degrees, a constant breeze, no humidity and lovely cool nights. Seems like all living creatures love this location - all seen from the huge covered patio - fish & rays jumping out of the surf, whale pods arching, spouting & breaching close-in (often tails & heads above the surf), cattle wandering along the beach, horses & humans (often with their canine friends). We watched the moon rise over the Sea of Cortez last night and then transform with the full lunar eclipse. We watched amazing sunrises - from bed. The temperature has been 78 to 81 degrees. Poolside is so peaceful - overlooking the sand & surf - everyone poolside in great spirits & helpful with Los Cabos advice. Great, long walks on the beach (past many classy resorts) - a very good walk to the estuary. The condo itself is decorated to the nines - so comfortable & classic- with all of the amenities. Tremendous location - to Cabo (even Costco/Walmart) & Pacific beaches to the west and to the east - San Jose Del Cabo ( some exquisite restaurants), the new marina, the estuary, East Cape (Buzzards too). Apparently the golfing is great too - didn't indulge this time. For those with an adventurous side - take a wave runner expedition out to visit the whale pods & snorkel Chileano Bay - a heart stopper. This was a perfect getaway - with all the feel of rustic Baja - yet we felt so spoiled in this great place we had a chance to call home for almost 2 weeks. Peter & Susan D. p.s. Forgot to mention the late afternoon siestas on the outside daybed falling asleep to the surf. Really felt like a vacation.

We highly recommend staying at this fabulous condo. You are centrally located with all amenities moments away. Best of all, we have never been so comfortable in a rental before. From the decor, to all of your needs in the kitchen, to the incredible views from the balcony, right down to the lavendar linen spray at your bedside! Additionally, the pool area is beautiful, warm up on a chilly evening in the hot tubs or chat to the many friendly guests and owners. Don't forget to go to Guacamayas off of Pescadora in San Jose for dinner! We bought fresh fish from the fishermen at Las Palmillas. The drive to Todos Santas is also worthwhile. ENJOY!

Wonderful condo directly on the beach with unobstructed views. It was spacious and contained everything we needed to make our vacation memorable. The crashing waves of the Pacific and large beach are right outside the immense and well equipped patio and the outdoor daybed was used every afternoon for a siesta. We would definitley rent again.

Hi Martha and Jeff, Thank you so much for the use of your condo. My boyfriend and I had an absolutely fabulous time. It was the perfect place to host Christmas dinner as there was ample space in the kitchen and plenty of seating room.The view is incredible. My mother is in love with the decor as she is trying to decorate the new home she and my dad are building in San Jose. For people visiting, I suggest visiting Jesse James down the beach towards Zipper's for a wonderful horse back ride or his canopy ride (ziptrek) across the arroyo. We will definitely be back, hopefully soon.

We loved this Condo! It was perfect, clean, romantic and beautiful! Best View I've ever seen of the Ocean! Close to airport, grocery store, close enough to Cabo. Best massage on the beach right next door. There is not enough space to say all the good about this condo, oh, very quiet too. We could not hear any neighbors, walls are solid! thank you, we'll be back!
