Our villa is centrally located inside Palmas Del Mar Resort and is a short walk from many of the resort activities, such as golf, tennis, casino, beach, pool and restaurants. It sits in a community of 40+ apartments. It has a shared pool in the forth floor only for residents with a spectacular view of the Caribbean Ocean. A golf cart is provided to move around the resort, great for visiting restaurants, beach and other activities. There’s a shared uncovered parking lot and there’s a Supermarket, souvenir stores, restaurants and more just a few steps from your door.
Our villa sits in the second floor of the only building in Palmas del Mar. This allow a gorgeous view from the huge balcony. You can see the Ocean, the Golf Course and even the Mountains of EL Yunque Rain Forest. The villa has one room, furnished with a queen size bed and a full bathroom. Outside in the living area there is another bathroom, a sofa bed and a small room with bunk beds perfect for children.
