This amazing new top floor,corner unit has panoramic views of the ocean from two balconies, only steps from the beach. It is across the street from Ed Waline park. There is beach service available and 6 beach chairs in the unit for your use.
All rooms have ten foot tray ceilings with fans. Floors are 18 inch tile throughout with carpeted bedrooms. The large gourmet kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, custom cabinets, a large island and built-in wine cooler. There is a bar with 4 stools.Dining area has a high pub table with 6 chairs. Exceptional family gathering space.
The large living area has a 42" DLP High Definition TV with DVD player.
Sleeping areas are master with king and private bath, guest room with queen, guest room with 2 twins and study with 2 twins.

If you are looking for a place to sit back and relax, this is it. If your looking for a place to find adventure and excitment, this is it. I enjoyed a week stay here in August 2011 and could not have been happier. Bike rental right next door. Great food right next door. Nail salon down stairs. Not an over crowded beach right across the street. The pool most days I had to myself and I never felt imposed on at the beach. I could spread out as if it was all for me!! Walmart was just down the street, stocked up on my drive to the condo. A short and easy 10 minute drive to all the Destin shopping. Super clean and beautifully decorated, but you still felt like you could comfortably stay there. (not stuffy or over decorated) Extremely conveint that beach chairs and some toys where supplied! I will stay here again and recommend that this is the place for everyone.

Great views. Great location. Spacious kitchen and living area. Sleeps 8 comfortably. We have stayed here twice now and will keep coming back again and again.
