Relaxation is the theme of our southwestern styled vacation getaway! Located on a quiet cul-de-sac in the Coyote Lakes Golf community, our newly furnished two bedroom, two bath home gives you plenty of room to enjoy your time away from the daily grind.
The huge master bedroom has a comfortable king sized latex bed with an LCD TV and DVD player. The large master bath opens to a garden tub and separate shower with two sinks and a big walk in closet. The pool area is directly accessible from the master bedroom via a private sliding glass door, so others in the house never have to know about your late night swim. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed, television and a full bathroom.
You can always kick back on the new furniture in the great room to watch the 42-inch plasma TV, with multiple channels in HDTV, or watch a movie in the DVD player(we've even supplied a few for you!). You could also gather around the bistro table for a game of cards or to boot up your laptop to take advantage of our wireless internet connection. And if the evening should get chilly, just light the gas powered fireplace to provide a bit of extra warmth.
The backyard is fun and peaceful. There is a sparkling pool and a swing nestled under a beautiful tree. From there you can watch the golfers try to sink their putts on the 3rd green, read a good book or take a quick nap. The patio also has a complete set of furniture, ceiling fan and a new gas barbeque for entertaining.
The kitchen also has all new amenities including a dinette set that seats four. The laundry room has a full size washer and dryer. The garage is spacious and is equipped with a garage door opener.
If golf is your game, the Coyote Lakes clubhouse is just blocks away. Or you can choose to take advantage of the number of courses nearby.
Of course the northwest Phoenix area is home to spring training baseball, professional football and a variety of other events and activities. Our home is located between both the Peoria Sports Complex (spring training home of the San Diego Padres and the Seattle Mariners) and the Surprise Stadium(Texas Rangers and Kansas City Royals) and is only 6-7 miles from each. We are also about 15-20 minutes from the University of Phoenix stadium, the brand new home of football's Arizona Cardinals. And just a few minutes away you have all the shopping and restaurants you could want!
