This home of over 1550 sq. ft. has it all: hardwood floors, ceramic tile, new carpet, gas fireplace, gas grill, Trex decking, Samsung 42' HD plasma TV with DVD and stereo, surround sound, washer and dryer, dishwasher, in-floor radiant heat throughout the home, custom closets in every bedroom, huge hot tub and great Mt. Werner(ski mtn) views from all bedrooms. Don't worry about missing the big game, use the DVR to record it and watch after a great day enjoying everything Steamboat has to offer. Feels like home, only better.
This is a very quiet complex with only 16 units and a fantastic location and all new, well appointed furnishings. Fully stocked with everything you need for a great family meal whether on the grill or prepared in the large kitchen. Enjoy meals in the comfortable dining room with antler chandelier or at the large dining island in the kitchen. Sorry, no pets. Association rules.
There is plenty of room to store all your boots, skis, boards, bikes, golf clubs, kayaks and tubes in the huge heated garage so you can enjoy the entire townhome to relax and unwind after a long day enjoying everything Steamboat has to offer.

My wife and I took our kids to Steamboat for summer vacation. The place was as described and better. Finally a vacation unit with comfortable bedding. The owner must stay often because all the amenities are first rate. Location was ideal. We could drive up the mountain or head inot town quickly. Great store down the street and good sporting goods store as well. One day we walked down to the end of the street and put our kayak in Walton Creek and floated into town where we docked at a breakfast place. We will be back!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

This condo is AWESOME! My family stayed here for our annual spring break ski trip and it is by far the nicest condo we have stayed at over the last 5 years. Grrrrrrrrrrrrreat location just steps away from the bus stop. Our car was kept warm in the garage when not in use. Nice spa (newer model and clean,clean clean!) The up to date, fully stocked kitchen made meal planning EASY. The cozy furnishings throughout the condo made for a very comfortable stay. Lots of stairs helped keep our ski leg muscles tone and ready for the next day. I give it 5 stars for location, cleanliness, comfort, up to date furnishings and the spa's close proximity to the condo.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, tourists without a car, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing.

After years of staying in different Steamboat condos, we have finally found the one that meets ALL of our needs: Clean, updated, roomy, private, internet, awesome hot tub, and very close to the bus stop. Only a short bus ride to Gondola Square made this condo very convenient for our skiing needs. Couldn't be happier, and hope that we can stay here each year!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, tourists without a car, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.
