This is a house adjacent to Beverly Hills That has been recently renovated. Renovation has been completed by the end of February 2008. This house has been extensively renovated (new kitchen, new bath-rooms, new floor, etc., and will be equipped with new furniture, Three plasma TVs, etc. The house has a queen size bed in each bedroom, in addition to a sofa opening bed (queen size) in the living room. This house has two parking spaces. To give you an idea, you can see my other recently renovated VRBO listings (# 85329 and # 116802).
To make a vacation a dream (as usually do with my other listings), a free access to the facilities of the Beverly Hills Country Club has been negociated to the renters of this house, as regular members during the stay. Access includes a heated olympic pool, children's pools, Jacuzzi, sauna, gym, free group exercise with an instructor, etc. The Club has also 10 tennis courts, a dining room, snack bar, etc.
Regarding the rate, a first year promotional rate will be applied and to ease the renters, no security deposit will be requested. |
