If you are looking for nostalgic, this home is it. Built in the early 1900's, it has sleeping for up to 12 people. You have ocean views from three bedrooms, plus the following updates; new refrigerator, dishwasher, new dining room rug and a fresh coat of paint!
This home offers wireless internet access, two large living rooms and great off street parking for up to four cars. There is also a nice back yard with a new deck to enjoy! Located one half block from the beach so walks along the Promenade are a must! Just keep in mind that this home is three stories tall so there are a lot of stairs to consider.
One living room is complete with a gas fireplace and great ocean views. The second living room has a TV and DVD player. There are six bedrooms with a queen bed in each. The seventh bedroom has one queen and two twin beds. The bedroom on the third floor has its own private bath. There is also a private reading area and game table on the third floor.

Celebrated my parents 50th anniversary, So we had 4 generations of family 12 people and every one had there own bed, we stayed when it snowed in seaside and had to stay indoors more than we like to. the house was great for that, plenty of room. I love this place. Will stay there again soon.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

We cannot wait to stay again! This house is huge and fun, with more room than we knew what to do with. Our kids (ages 8-13) loved having so many choices in bedrooms, the multiple living areas (fireplace room, TV room, and back sunroom) gave us plenty of space to stretch out. Beds very comfortable and plenty of linens/blankets/pillows provided. Kitchen is smallish but very well stocked. 4 full bathrooms made mornings fast for the 8 people in our group. Great location - less than a block to the beach and the start of the Prom, a 20 minute walk to Broadway and all the attractions, and easy access to 101 down 12th street. That being said...it's an older house, with stairs. We found the old doorknobs, narrow doors, creaky floors, and such charming - if you want modern, clean lines, and perfect, this is not the house for you. If you want a little historical feel to your beach stay - stay here!
