This is a beautiful, updated condo on a semi-private beach. There is so much you can do...or not do. It's up to you! You can enjoy sitting on the balcony and watching the sunsets as dolphins jump through the water; lounge by one of the 2 heated pools; relax on the beach; stroll through the beautifully maintained gardens; or visit a museum in town.
This gated community is directly on St. Pete Beach, but off Gulf Boulevard avoiding the noise from passing cars. The condo has been remodeled with granite countertops, custom cabinets, new appliances, new tile, new carpeting, new doors. The furniture is also new. TVs in every room, including on the balcony.
Master has king bed. Second bedroom has a queen bed plus a seperate bunk with a pull out twin. The second bedroom will accommodate 5. Couch converts to a sofa bed. There is also an easy blow up mattress for additional guests or you can put it on the couch bed for more comfort. The condo will actually sleep 7 in beds, an additional 2 on the sofa bed and an additional 2 on the blow up mattress.
There is a Playstation 2 in the second bedroom for children's entertainment and puzzles for their enjoyment as well. There are multiple restaurants within walking distance. There is also a great fishing spot where the beach and pass meet. You can walk to several restaurants, ice cream shops or downtown area.
