We call this our little piece of Heaven on Earth. Our Paradise awaits you in this luxurious, three bedroom, three bath 2500 sq. ft direct oceanfront condo located on the beautiful beaches of Daytona Beach Shores. The St. Maarten Beach Resort complex includes 400 feet of ocean frontage and beach access, 2 ocean front pools, 1 indoor heated pool, hot tubs, full state-of-the-art fitness facility with separate his and hers saunas and game room with pool tables.
This unit is ideal for large families or couples with children to share. Our unit is non-smoking and no pets allowed for everyone's enjoyment. We have three spacious bedrooms and three full baths. This unit has a fabulous open floor plan with direct ocean views, and large wrap around balcony. You can also enjoy the view of the world's most famous beach while sitting in the grand living room, dining room or master suite. Enjoy your favorite sports show or watch a movie with your family on our 54" Flat Panel High Definition TV. You have your own laundry room with brand new washer and dryer. All top of the line appliances in the spacious kitchen including smooth stove top, built in microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, cooking equipment and utensils.
Our large master suite features king bed, access to balcony, TV with DVD player, walk in closet. The spectacular master bath is extremely large with tub and double showers. The second bedroom features queen bed, double closets, TV,DVD plkayer, balcony looking away from the ocean, full private bath. Our third bedroom features two queen beds, large closets, TV, DVD player and full bath. Unit sleeps 8. All linens and beach towels are provided.
Daytona Beach Shores is rated one of the Top 10 Beaches in Florida with many attractions to allow the whole family a fun filled vacation. The Daytona Racetrack is only minutes away. There are plenty of things to do after the sun goes down, miniature golf, movies, ice cream, shopping, the main street pier and the bands playing in the band shell, and some great local non-chain, restaurants that have great food and reasonable prices. St. Augustine (the oldest city in the U.S.), Disney World and Orlando area attractions, and The Kennedy Space Center are only an hour away.

Why the Owner Chose St. Maarten
First came here as a teenager and loved it. We have been coming every year for over 20 years and still love it. One of our dreams was to have a home here and enjoy special time with our family and friends and we hope to retire here.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Since we all love the beach that is where we spend most of our time. You can find us walking the beach from daylight to midnight. There is volleyball, boarding, surfing jumping and riding the waves to reading books and laughing at each other.

We have a grown son who has 3 daughters, a grown daughter who has a step daughter, a step son and now a year old baby girl and last but not least we have a daughter that just became a teenager. We all love the beach and to us Daytona is our "Heaven on Earth." We work 6 days a week and come here to relax and enjoy the ocean.

Our stay at St. Maarten 101 could not have been nicer! The location of this unit is ideal for both the young and old since it is close to both parking and the pool. The beach is beautiful and the sunrises were very enjoyable while drinking coffee on the huge balcony! The condo itself is close to grocery stores and lots of nice restaurants and not far from the Daytona downtown area. The owners were so welcoming and the unit is roomy,well supplied and sparkling clean. Cooking was very easy in this unit since it was so well supplied! A great place to enjoy family!

My familly has been vacationing in Fla. for about 10 yrs. This is the best condo we ever rented. Plenty of room , close to beach and pool, quiet and everyone we dealt with went out of their way to make our stay comfortable.We're looking forward to coming back. The Grogans from Ga.

We had a wonderful time staying here. It was very kid friendly and spacious enough for a large family or two. The pool and beach were just a step off the back porch. We booked it for the next year a week after we returned home.
Recommended for:Tourists without a car, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

Tremendous! Spacious,but very warm. So comfortable. Ideal location - bottom floor, corner condo. The pool is out your back door. The condo has amenities galore. Already planning the next trip.

WOW!!! This ocean front condo is one of the finest I have ever seen. It is tastefully and elegantly furnished, yet comfortable enough to kick off your shoes and feel at home. The amenities are wonderful and everything you need for a relaxing getaway is right at your fingertips. I will stay in this condo every time I travel to Daytona Beach Shores if it is available!
