Absolutely stunning scenery! This home is backed by water and is located on the 6th hole of the Gold course on the beautiful Ocotillo golf resort which has up to 50% off golf fees available to renters. There are also tennis courts available to our renters. The home boasts a wonderful open floor plan which features 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room with big screen LCD TV and a combo bumper pool/card table, fully equipped kitchen, dining room, 2nd living area with LCD TV and convertible bed, internet and local phone. All of this and more on one level so no stairs to climb and it's newly renovated with fresh paint, new flooring, new countertops and all new furniture including bedding/linens! We also have a playpen and highchair available if needed for a small fee. The backyard has its own private heated pool, new patio furniture and barbeque, so you can relax in the pool, look out over the beautiful water and watch the golfers go by, all at your own private holiday resort.
Location of this home is central, approximately 15 minutes from the Phoenix airport. There are activities available for everyone, lots of great shopping, great golf courses, sports venues including baseball spring training, local history, wonderful restaurants, fitness and spa facilities, waterslides and children's activities all within 15 minutes. It's the perfect holiday location!!

My wife and I had a great vacation in this beautiful home. The rental experience was second to none with no issues and the homeowers were very helpful and informative. The home and property are well cared for with comfortable furnishings. We spent the majority of our time in the backyard around the lovely pool while watching the golfers hit their approach shots into the green across the waterway. The home is located in a very nice neighborhood with easy access to the freeways and airport. We only wish we were still there.

My wife and I stayed here in mid-March and had a great visit. The house was amazingly quite and beautifully furnished. We hope to stay here again soon.

March 2010-This home is perfect for 6-8 people, very well kept, beautiful view of Octillo Golf Course(hole#6), the pool and patio area was great for morning coffee and evening cocktails, plenty of room for the 7 of us, the table for 8 was a great gathering area for breakfast. Close to all major expressways, many great Chandler Restaurants....looking forward to next year.

We enjoyed our stay at your home in Chandler. it is perfect for a guys getaway golf trip with the 4 bedrooms which were very comfortable. Ocitillo golf club was a great place for breakfast and dinner and a nice golf coarse as well, but if you want to play a nice desert coarse Dinasour Mountain at Gold Canyon Resort is a must play. The senery is amazing and it is less than a half hour drive. We will be back in the future. Arizona is beautiful.

Our 1st time in AZ. Gorgeous! Your house is beautiful and we really enjoyed our stay here. The weather was perfect for golf and pool ... I think I could get used to this. We'll be back!

The 8 of us really enjoyed spending a week at this home. Close to shopping and freeway access, but the home was in a very quiet, private location. Also liked being able to watch the golfers putting on the 6th hole of Ocotillo golf course. Very comfortable. We will be back next year!
