We would come back!!!!
We would come back!!!!
Our family of grandparents, kids and their little kids totaling 12 were thrilled with this rental house! The amount of space of the house and yard was perfect for running around. Our first day there it rained but because there was lots of room we didn't get cabin fever. We were glad for the washer and dryer!! The distance to Sandpoint was a bit far, but once there we found the park and beach which were not at all crowded. Pie at Panhandler was a must of course!! We got to see a number of deer run across the yard which was a plus!

Great place for families!
Great place for families!
The house was very clean and had everything that was mentioned. It was very private and was very lovely. The house is located 10 miles from Sandpoint, so, it took about20 mins. to commute back and forth from there. It is about 1 hour to Silverwood. We had a little trouble with the fridge, but, it was handled very quickly by the owner! The house does not have air conditioning. So, the evenings were warm on the main floor. But, the basement was nice and cool! Would love to rent this place again next year!

Nice house with a great yard. Lots of room in the house for large amount of people. Very private location. Internet didnt work, no propane to use BBQ, no furnture on deck to use. House was well stocked except there wasnt any extra toliet paper. Overall I think it was good for the amount they charge.

Owner response: Good news is we added a huge new beautiful deck out of the family room. Bad news it was finished just two days before this renter got there...hence no furniture, internet disk had to be removed for new deck and not replaced in time. More good news..new furniture in on its way, internet back installed and running, BBQ back on deck full of propane: )
This is a great property for a group ski trip. There is lots of room for the advertised capacity and it is fairly close to Schweitzer mountain. The photos dont do this property justice, it is much bigger than it looks. Everything was clean and ready to go for our arrival. I would definetly reccomend staying here, all we had to do was have fun.

Listing description and photos are exactly what you get. The house is large and can easily accomodate groups up to 10 people. The propery was clean and well maintianed; although, the back deck is in a bit of disrepair, but we didn't use it very often. The location is excellent being only about a mile from the lake, and about 10 miles outside Sandpoint. The owners are friendly and their property management company was helpful when we had questions. I would highly recommend this property to friends and I hope to stay here again in the future.

This place was awesome! Exactly as pictured, very secluded, entry went off without a hitch, was stocked with miscellaneous items you might need but forgot (even salt and pepper in the kitchen). House was very clean. We found some great raspberries out in the garden and saw many deer out back. We went in the summer so it was very hot making the upstairs a little uncomfortable but the downstairs was nice and cool. Drive to town took some time so we got everything we needed before heading up there. Loved the 'children's room' where one whole wall was a huge chalk board for the kids to draw/color on (chalk provided!). We were also pleasantly surprised when we saw that the children's room actually has a full-size bunk bed in it (and not the one little bed in the picture). All-in-all, this was a great rental! Thanks Rod!
