Welcome to your own private low country retreat! Beautiful brand new four bedroom, three & a half bath home with deep water dock with 25 ft. floating dock. Fishing, crabbing, and boating all at your fingertips. Located just 10 minutes from downtown Beaufort, less than 15 minutes from Parris Island, and less than one hour to both Savannah and Charleston.

Located on tranquil McCalley's creek, there is a minimum of 3 ft feet of water at low tide. Boats can be launched from a nearby boat ramp and then docked conveniently in your back yard throughout your stay.

This house features top of the line furnishings throughout, custom cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, ceiling fans, pine floors, a luxurious master suite on first floor and wrap around porches with fabulous views of the river from almost every room! Master bedroom on first floor has queen four post bed. Three bedrooms upstairs, two with queen beds, one with a king bed. House can accommodate up to 8 guests comfortably. There is a large flat screen TV in the living room and an additional TV located in the state-of the-art kitchen. Satellite cable is provided.

Located just a short drive from the quaint and charming historic town of Beaufort, shopping and restaurants are close by. Nearest grocery store is about 10 minutes away! All the privacy and tranquility you need for a relaxing stay, but only minutes from plenty of daytime and evening activities.
